About: I have always loved taking care of family pets growing up. I can’t have a dog where I live, so want to help others get some stress off their plate while I’m currently able to. I currently have a very flexible schedule, and am available most days of the week or weekend. I spend a lot of time helping my parents around their house in Grafton, but am otherwise pretty free. I’m happy to take your dog on a nice long walk and to communicate with you along the way. I have experience walking family dogs growing up, but since I’m new to Rover I’d prefer to not walk very large dogs (100lb +) that have trouble on a leash.

About: I don’t have much formal dog sitting experience yet, but I’m a college student looking to earn some extra income on the side. I’ve had two dogs of my own for the past six years, so I’m very comfortable with routines, feeding schedules, walks, and understanding dog behavior. I’m transitioning out of my full-time job to focus on school this summer, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m available for overnight stays anytime and can accommodate walks, drop-ins, and check-ins throughout the day. Pet care fits easily into my routine, allowing me to give your dog consistent attention, care, and companionship. I care for pets by following a consistent routine, just like I do with my own dogs. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, get regular walks, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m very attentive to their behavior and needs, whether that’s giving them space, exercise, or extra comfort. I also keep spaces clean and organized. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for the same way I treat my own dogs.

About: I grew up in a large and loving family with very high-energy dogs. Last May, my husband, two kiddos and myself said goodbye to the best dog in the entire world- we miss Dexter everyday. He wasn't just a dog to us, he was family. We currently have a cat named Beans who we adopted when she was a tiny kitty. She gets a lot of attention from our 4-year-old daughter who wants to be a Veterinarian one day. Over the years, we trained Dexter (a golden retriever), and had to learn a lot about cats since neither of us grew up with a cat. Beans is very, very particular. When I was younger I helped train the family dog(s) and spent countless hours playing, walking, bathing, petting and cuddling these dogs. It has been almost one year since Dexter passed away and I miss having a dog to pet and chit-chat with everyday. I would love to spend time with your pet. Currently, I do not work. I drop one kid off at 8:30am and the other at 12:45pm, and pick up both kids at 3:30pm. We do a lot of walking and biking around town. I have a lot of free time. Our schedule will change a little bit in the summer with the kids swim lessons and a couple camping trips. Our apartment complex has a fenced-in dog run, we are near the bike path, I am happy to clean-up after your pet when necessary. I respect all pet owner's rules to ensure pet safety when walking on the leash, dietary guidelines, etc. I am able to crate animals at your house, as well as ours, if necessary.

I have a dog of my own, and I grew up with dogs all my life and love to be around them! I can socialize your pup with mine or keep them separate. I am free most weekends and holidays. I can go on a run and/or walk with your dog or just give them a little extra love and attention. I am a big fan of all dogs whether they are big or small. I also know some about cats if you need help with them as well. I am available on weekends and if needed can work in a Friday too. This allows me to put all my attention on your pets. I have one fur baby of my own that can easily be separated from your pup if needed. I also have easily access to a crate and a neighborhood dog park.

I have a fenced yard and three fur babies that I monitor at all times. In a client’s home, I will keep doors secured, monitor them, and make sure they feel comfortable. For walks, I use secure leashes, stay aware of surroundings, and avoid interactions with other animals.

About: As a person who used to live with older dogs, I became accustom to giving them medications or helping them with their treatments. I also love puppies (who doesn’t?) and am willing to spend time attempting to train them. Besides dogs, I am a proud indoor bunny mom. I find it highly important to understand a rabbit’s needs, behaviors and risks. I am home for the summer in Fort Wayne, Indiana and would love to check in on your pets to pass the time! I enjoy keeping the gang busy outside, on nature hikes & any adventures you can think of to tired them all out. I’ve been on both sides of doggie-sitting and love the convenience of sharing in the comforts of home rather than a kennel. My family loves welcoming new pets into our home—we treat them as our own. I am happy to follow all routines your pet is used to, communicate throughout the day and share pictures! I do request that we do a short meet & greet ahead of time so to make sure that all get along—must work well with kiddos. Our golden is a big baby so she will probably just lay on her back with her tail wagging. I work part-time as a substitute teacher and my husband works from home-- we're rarely gone more than a few hours a day. If your pet likes vehicles, they’ll just tag along with the crew on the few occasions we’re doing pick ups. I have over an acre of yard to play in! My golden is trained w an electric fence, but we also have a long line to keep your pet safe when we’re not out. We have a golden, so your dog would join in daily walks and belly rubs. The dog is just another family member in our crew! We never let our visiting dogs left out unattended and either stay on leash or tethered while we’re outside. I also work with the owner to see what works best for your pet!

About: I've always loved to be around animals, whether that was taking care of them, playing with them or even just being in their company. I am an athlete so I love to take dogs on a walk or run or just being outdoors in general. I have taken care of mostly family, and family friends dogs for long periods at a time. I will have plenty of time to take care of your dog, I will usually have time in the mornings or early afternoon, due to another job I have in the afternoons.
