About: Growing up, my mom was the Eau Claire County Humane Officer, FEMA Animal Emergency Management volunteer coordinator, and general manager of the Chippewa County Humane Association. Throughout my childhood I helped care for thousands of dogs, cat, rabbits, and even a handful of lizards and snakes. I am well versed in animal behavior, safety, and empathy! I am new to the world of personalized in home care, but hope to gain your trust and grow my experience. I am a homeschooling mom of one 6 year old (who LOVES dogs!) and our schedule is very flexible. We have a 3 year old animal friendly Australian Shepherd who we walk daily within our neighborhood, on the interurban trail (5 minute walk away) and run off lease on the beach when there's no one around! My 6 year old is very animal empathetic, and is always learning behavior and cues from our own Aussie. Having a high energy household, I understand the importance of plenty of time spent outside. We live in a large, upper, 2 bedroom apartment and can easily accommodate temporary space for one or two more pets (of the same family). We have a park with an open field for playing ball, and the interurban trail are both a short walk away. We have plenty of green space around our building for shorter potty breaks. I have a large Ruffland crate available for your pets use.

About: I grew up with dogs since I was a kid- everything from German Shepherds and Great Danes to chihuahuas! While I don't have any formal training or education, I have always been around animals and learned a lot through personal experience. My husband and I rescued our five year old chihuahua from a rescue agency in West Virginia and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. It taught me a lot about the dedication, love, and patience it requires to make a rescue feel safe and comfortable. She is currently the only pet I have, but my family also has two chihuahuas so it's always fun to get them all together! I also have experience taking care of sick/elderly dogs. I lost my soul dog last year who suffered from heart failure and required nearly 24/7 care. I am a registered nurse with a background in cardiology, so it really hit home for me. Anyone that knows me knows my unwavering love for animals, especially dogs! I am currently taking a small hiatus from my nursing career so my availability is open at the moment. I am available on weekdays or weekends. Afternoons are preferred, but I don't have a set strict schedule and can be pretty flexible. I recently moved into a house where my dog finally has her first own backyard which has been such a joy to watch! I love basking outside in the sun with her and never leave her unattended. Around the house, she has plenty of spaces to cozy up and make her own. Whether it's walking in the neighborhood or staying around the house, I am always on high alert and aware of my surroundings. The same thing would apply for anyone else's pet whether it's in my home or the comfort of their own.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and currently care for four dogs and one cat of my own. Caring for multiple pets has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to recognize each animal’s unique personality and needs. Also, I am comfortable and experienced in handling medication for dogs as one of my dogs at home has diabetes. About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats! I have 5 cats in my own. I love giving a helping hand and taking care of my grandmas Yorkie dog as well as my aunts Gordon Setters. About: I pet it all of my phones and families dogs whether it’s from short visits to letting the dogs outside to go potty or overnight stays. I have been doing this for over two years now, but it’s been a lot more frequent over the past two years. I have always loved dogs. In fact I have two big dogs one purebred German Shepherd and the other dog is a great Pyrenees mix. I am working with Rover now because I’m trying to be able to afford an apartment for myself and just take care of my basic necessities. I know how well I will want my dogs taken care of if I needed a sitter so I try to provide that same care to my clients! I can usually make any time work as best for you. I don’t have a full-time job. It should be my primary job right now. I can do anything you need me to do. Feeding the dogs, letting them out to go potty, taking them to play, taking them on a walk, etc.
