“Alona did an excellent job of checking in on my pets. She was respectful of my home and very loving towards the animals. She was concerned with them and thier comfort. My pets are very shy and she did her best to ensure they were as happy as could be while I was away. Thank you Alona! Bo, Cali and Silvie thank you.”

“Vanessa is such a blessing! She is so intentional in working to follow our cat’s routine, but is also very intuitive in finding ways to satisfy our very demanding feline. Her Rover card narratives are full of information and humor, and relate how specifically our cat is doing. The photos are awesome. Vanessa is the very best! We are so grateful for Vanessa when we take time away.”

“We are glad we chose to have Heather care for our senior kitty this past weekend. Her approach to offering services through Rover was very professional. She did everything we asked, was attentive to his needs and sent lots of pictures and details about her visits with him. We plan to reach out to her for future sitter needs.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life—growing up with cats, rabbits, hamsters, chicks, and ducks. Since 2018, I’ve raised a leash-reactive rescue dog, working through behavior training, crate training, and potty training. He’s now a well-adjusted senior, and I’ve developed a deep understanding of pet behavior, patience, and compassionate care. I’m currently pursuing my nursing degree and seeking part-time work. I’m flexible throughout the week, with availability after 4pm on Saturdays. Reliable and consistent. I’m committed to providing dependable care that fits your pet’s routine and needs. I prioritize safety, trust, and comfort in every pet care situation. While I prefer to care for pets in their own home to maintain their routine and reduce stress, I’m also able to welcome them into mine if needed. I have a securely fenced yard, a calm and friendly senior dog, and a clean, pet-friendly space where your fur baby will feel safe and loved. My goal is always to provide a nurturing environment that supports your pet’s well-being, whether in your home or mine.

I have three pets of my own that are each dear to my heart: Polar Bear, Penguin, and Iceland! I look forward to booking with you to help honor your human animal bond through drop in visits and walkies! I am available for walks and drop in services anytime Saturday-Monday. I am also available for walks, in which I require the use of a leash/harness and my second safety lead to avoid any accidents.

“If I could give 10 stars I would. I’m new to the area and having an anxious dog going through some major changes has been challenging. The first night Mickenzie came over to let him out, Beanie wouldn’t let her touch him and growled the whole time. He wouldn’t even eat a treat that she left in front of him on the couch! Mickenzie was gentle, patient, and communicative through the entire process. The following day she agreed to come out on her own time to meet beanie with me and let him get more acquainted in a safe space with mom. She was kind and understanding even as he barked and growled at her throughout the visit. That night she came back to try again. She took her time, was able to connect, Beanie let her pet him, pick him up, and put a harness on. She was able to let him out to the bathroom and get him back in without any issue other than the time and patience it took from her. Mickenzie is excellent. I HIGHLY recommend her especially for those who are anxious leaving their babies in the care of someone they don’t know. I’m so grateful and will continue to use her as often as possible. Thank you, Mickenzie!”

“Another great vacation with the help of Trinity! She came by twice a day to give meds to our older kitty gent and check on all our kitties needs! She did a great job, provided updates and pics, and took care of them well!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats my whole life with family pets, but I’ve had my own for 10 years. My animals are family, and I promise to treat yours the same. I have experience taking care of puppies and kittens (my husband and I have fostered 2 litters of kittens), and have a rescue pit-mix. I am also experienced with taking care of animals who are anxious as I had to work through that with my dog. My friends rely on me to take care of their animals when needed. I’m currently working full time as a teacher, but my schedule is pretty flexible during the summer. Right now, during the week I can drop by in the late afternoon/evenings, or any time on the weekends. During the summer, I can drop by any time during the week! I have a fenced yard and a dog that gets along will with others! If I do house sitting, I stay at the house and spend as much time there with your pet as possible.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the last 12 years including my own and those of family and friends. I currently have 2 dogs with varying health needs who require a lot of love and attention, so I’m very comfortable meeting any needs your pet may have. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs, medication administration, specialized diets, varying exercise needs, reactive dogs, and some experience with dogs undergoing training programs. I am currently a graduate student so I’ll have plenty of time throughout the day to care for your pet. I am available week days and weekends. I don’t offer boarding but I am happy to comply with any requests you have including crating, several walks daily, yard play, in-house rules, or taking your fur baby to a local park. My own dogs are big cuddlers so I have no issue if your pet likes a little extra attention. You and your pet’s comfort is my priority.

“I can't recommend Sequoyah enough, I would give 10 stars of I could! The pet sitter that I had previously hired had to cancel only a handful of days before Christmas due to a family emergency, and I was terrified that I wouldn't find someone else to watch my kitties in time. But thankfully Sequoyah came to the rescue! Best of all, he is literally one of the best pet sitters that I've ever hired. He was more than professional, sent me daily pictures, balanced multiple different feeding schedules, showered my kitties with attention, and was a wonderful house guest, going above and beyond to clean before he left. I expected my kittens to be riled up when I returned from vacation, but it was immediately apparent that Sequoyah had been regularly playing with them and had tired them out good! It was also clear that he gave my shy older cat plenty of love and attention - I usually find her camped out under a bed when I return from vacation, but this time she was soaking up sun in her favorite spot out in the open. I can hands down recommend Sequoyah for young or older cats and will definitely be asking him to house sit for me again for all my future travels!”

She’s always been obsessed with animals and would definitely provide amazing care for any pet! Sarah is also reliable and compassionate towards people and animals. I highly recommend her!”
