About: I originally started my pet care experience as a pet sitter for my neighbors during high school. My family had never owned a dog, but after I proved to my mom that I was responsible enough to care for someone else's pet, we got a dog of our own. Since then, I have cared for four dogs of my own at two separate households. They range in size from 10lbs-115lbs and I am therefore comfortable with dogs of any size. One of my pets has severe allergies so I am very familiar with food restrictions and the administration of medications for pets. I look forward to treating your pet as my own and developing a bond that makes them feel comfortable when you are unable to be there. I currently work as a teacher. I am gone weekday 6:30-3:30, but have full day availability during Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and summer break. Weekend availability is wide-open throughout the year. I have a fenced in-yard and love to take my dogs on walks. We focus on both mental and physical stimulation in our home to ensure dogs are thoroughly exercised.

About: Growing up with a dog, I am familiar with potty breaks, feeding schedules, walking/playing, and bath time hacks. When I moved out of my parents home I took on dog sitting as a side time gig. I have 4 families I watch and take care of their fur babies as needed and came to Rover to find more! I also have raised a puppy of my own - Murphy! Lots of experience with all stages of life. Currently I am in between jobs and have lots of free time. My ideal full time job will be remote based which will open up my availability as well. My goal for your pet is to keep their schedules on track and keep their tails waggin! The dog is the priority and I fully intend on making sure their needs are met before leaving the home.

About: Hello :) I am a stay at home mom in Fort Wayne with plenty of free time to care for your pets when you’re unable to. I have been a pet parent my whole life and I understand that they need more than just food and water while you’re away. I also rely on pet sitters when I am out of town so I know it can be a bit nerve wracking to leave your fur babies in the hands of a stranger. I can send picture and video updates to put your mind at ease! I am happy to drop in, play, walk, and love on your baby a few times a day while you’re gone. I’ll also check around the house for any accidents if you would like so you don’t come home to a mess. I am almost always free. I homeschool my 3 and 6 year old daughters and we love to get out of the house every day. Dropping in to love on your pets would fit into our schedule perfectly :) At each visit, I will take your dogs out to walk/run around (weather permitting). I will also engage them in some good play time inside to let them burn off some energy or just soak up some attention. I will send regular updates to let you know that they’re doing well or to report any concerns.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. I’ve cared for my own as well as friends dogs, rodents, and even fish. I LOVE animals and love hanging out with them. I work a part-time job so I have plenty of time on the weekend and sometimes weekdays to just hang out with any kind of pet. I have been trusted by many people to care for their pets. I have also spent time shadowing a vet clinic and learned a lot about providing medication if need be. I have spend my entire life with pets and love them!

About: I’ve been a dog and cat owner my whole life. I own my own business and work from home so I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to visiting and taking care of your companions. I have extensive experience with special needs animals. I had one cat with diabetes who I would administer insulin shots to and one special needs cat who had seizures and needed to wear diapers at all times. So I am accustomed to caring for all dogs and cats. I would be happy to help if your dog or cat needs medicine or shots or if you have a furry friend with special needs. Since I own my own business and work from home, I can easily make changes to my schedule to accommodate walks and check-ins with your pets. I make sure to check with each of my clients before starting on your yard limits and what boundaries you request your animals stay in.

About: I have been an animal lover ever since I was little! I have 15+ years of experience being around animals; specifically 4 years of experience working at a veterinary clinic. My neighbors, friends, and family have all relied on me to walk, feed, and care for their pets. I am currently working full-time at a veterinary clinic in town. I would be able to let your pets out to potty in the morning before I go to work and after work for dinner time. Depending on the location, I might even be available to let them out during lunchtime. Especially with me coming into their territory, taking the time to create a bond with them is very important to me. Growing up, I had smaller pets like gerbils and goldfish. I had always helped look after my grandmother’s dogs and cats if she needed assistance. As I grew older, I took care of my father’s German Shorthaired Pointer. I started my current job at a veterinary clinic a couple years back, and ever since, I have loved it. I enjoy seeing all of the different personalities of pets that come in. Since working at the vet clinic, I have picked up pet/house sitting and dog walking. Going on walks, whether short or long, bring me so much joy. I’ve watched animals of all ages and breeds. I have also administered daily medications to older pups. I have experience with it all!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and other pets since I was 8 years old! Neighbors, friends and family have all relied on me to take great care of their dogs, and play with them as well! Overnight or just for the day. I am currently in school so weekdays I have that 9am-4pm but I have a break at 12 so the longest I would be away is 4 hours. I also have friends who live in the same neighborhood who are willing to stop over and let dogs out for a quick potty and play! I have a very friendly little dog to keep your puppy company! I also have a dog safe apartment and a backyard with a long runner for them to play.
