Linda B.

“We have a pair of cats that we always worry about when we go on a longer trip, as neither likes to travel. A drop in visit or two during our time away goes a long way to making sure they’re doing well, and Linda has done a great job for both kitties. One of our cats is very shy, but despite that, Linda has been able to bring them out of their shell! She’s clearly very good with animals, and always takes care of their needs!”

Angie B.

“Great work from Angie, always on time, nails all the details, and gives our pups plenty of attention. Great photos, excellent care, super flexible. Very pleased!”

Charity S.

“Charity was incredible!! Very professional and caring. I have a very rambunctious 10 month old Newfoundland that she handled with patience and care. She regularly sent pictures and updates to me. I would recommend her 1000%. She put my mind at ease while I was away on vacation!!”

Jessica & Holly M.
“I got to meet Jessica and Holly before they dog sat for me, and they are two of the sweetest people, very good with my animals, great price and my dogs were very happy when I got home! I will definitely be using them again!! ♥️👏♥️”

Kristen O.

“Kristen was absolutely phenomenal! Our chihuahuas aren’t the most compliant beings on the planet, but she was very patient and creative in her approach to dealing with them. Thank you for all of your time and efforts!”

Jennifer T.

“Jennifer kept me updated everyday and sent lots of pictures. She played with them and got them to play with toys that they had no interest in before. I’ve already booked her for my next trip”

About: I originally started my pet care experience as a pet sitter for my neighbors during high school. My family had never owned a dog, but after I proved to my mom that I was responsible enough to care for someone else's pet, we got a dog of our own. Since then, I have cared for four dogs of my own at two separate households. They range in size from 10lbs-115lbs and I am therefore comfortable with dogs of any size. One of my pets has severe allergies so I am very familiar with food restrictions and the administration of medications for pets. I look forward to treating your pet as my own and developing a bond that makes them feel comfortable when you are unable to be there. I currently work as a teacher. I am gone weekday 6:30-3:30, but have full day availability during Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and summer break. Weekend availability is wide-open throughout the year. I have a fenced in-yard and love to take my dogs on walks. We focus on both mental and physical stimulation in our home to ensure dogs are thoroughly exercised.

Mackenzie E.

“Everything was great! The pups were happy and well cared for.”

Marjorie P.
“Marjorie is the only person we go to now to watch our Labradoodle, Nelson. She and her family treat Nelson like he is a part of their family - Nelson loves going to her house! One thing I particularly appreciate about Marjorie is her responsiveness. She quickly responds to requests to watch Nelson and to status update requests. She is also very accommodating regarding pick up and drop off times. Marjorie gives Nelson great care - we are very fortunate to have her as a caregiver for Nelson.”

Nan D.

“Will be using her in the future. Very turn key and didn’t have to worry one bit if Riley was being taken care of.”

Mikendra B.
“Mikendra is very good with pets. She watched my dog Jumper for me a couple weeks ago and he loves her. He was happy to go on walks and play with her. Would definitely recommend her to take care of your fur babies!”

About: Hello :) I am a stay at home mom in Fort Wayne with plenty of free time to care for your pets when you’re unable to. I have been a pet parent my whole life and I understand that they need more than just food and water while you’re away. I also rely on pet sitters when I am out of town so I know it can be a bit nerve wracking to leave your fur babies in the hands of a stranger. I can send picture and video updates to put your mind at ease! I am happy to drop in, play, walk, and love on your baby a few times a day while you’re gone. I’ll also check around the house for any accidents if you would like so you don’t come home to a mess. I am almost always free. I homeschool my 3 and 6 year old daughters and we love to get out of the house every day. Dropping in to love on your pets would fit into our schedule perfectly :) At each visit, I will take your dogs out to walk/run around (weather permitting). I will also engage them in some good play time inside to let them burn off some energy or just soak up some attention. I will send regular updates to let you know that they’re doing well or to report any concerns.

Jennifer R.

“Thank you Jennifer! Ziggi looks beautiful in the pictures so I know she was happy and comfortable with you!”

Mikayla W.
“Mikayla watched my golden retriever for 2 weeks while I was out of the country and I wasn’t able to get much service but she did such a good job of communicating and sent lots of pictures and when I got home my dog seemed just as happy as when I left which always makes me feel good! I can’t recommend Mikayla enough.”

About: Growing up with a dog, I am familiar with potty breaks, feeding schedules, walking/playing, and bath time hacks. When I moved out of my parents home I took on dog sitting as a side time gig. I have 4 families I watch and take care of their fur babies as needed and came to Rover to find more! I also have raised a puppy of my own - Murphy! Lots of experience with all stages of life. Currently I am in between jobs and have lots of free time. My ideal full time job will be remote based which will open up my availability as well. My goal for your pet is to keep their schedules on track and keep their tails waggin! The dog is the priority and I fully intend on making sure their needs are met before leaving the home.

Justin M.
“Justin would be a great caregiver for your pet while you are away. He has a love for animals, tons of experience with dogs, cats and even exotic pets. He’s got a big heart, great attitude and amazing work ethic! Your pet will be thrilled to have Justin take care of them in your absence.”

Javonte T.
“Javonte is a very responsible person and he loves animals. He has three animals of his own two dogs and one cat. They are very well taken care of. He has taken care of my animals before I have two cats, a dog, and a horse. Everything is always perfect and I never have problems. He would be a perfect fit for all animals when they need taken care of.”

Jordan H.
“Jordan has done a great job with my 2 year old goldendoodle and 6 year old chihuahua! Takes them for regular walks, and makes sure to have lots of playtime with my energetic pups. He is the best!”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. I’ve cared for my own as well as friends dogs, rodents, and even fish. I LOVE animals and love hanging out with them. I work a part-time job so I have plenty of time on the weekend and sometimes weekdays to just hang out with any kind of pet. I have been trusted by many people to care for their pets. I have also spent time shadowing a vet clinic and learned a lot about providing medication if need be. I have spend my entire life with pets and love them!

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and other pets since I was 8 years old! Neighbors, friends and family have all relied on me to take great care of their dogs, and play with them as well! Overnight or just for the day. I am currently in school so weekdays I have that 9am-4pm but I have a break at 12 so the longest I would be away is 4 hours. I also have friends who live in the same neighborhood who are willing to stop over and let dogs out for a quick potty and play! I have a very friendly little dog to keep your puppy company! I also have a dog safe apartment and a backyard with a long runner for them to play.
