We had such a wonderful experience with Gabriella as our pet sitter! She kindly offered to do a meet and greet beforehand to help her get familiar with our rabbit, Fiona, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to take advantage of it because we had to leave unexpectedly for a family emergency. Despite not having the opportunity to meet Fiona ahead of time, Gabriella followed all of our instructions perfectly and took such great care of her. She was incredibly kind, communicative, and thoughtful throughout our time away. She even went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra things that she absolutely didn’t have to do, simply out of the kindness of her heart. One of the things I appreciated most was how frequently she sent photos and videos of Fiona. Being away during an already stressful time, it gave us so much peace of mind to see Fiona happy and well cared for. We are so grateful to Gabriella and would absolutely love to have her take care of Fiona again in the future. She is trustworthy, caring, attentive, and clearly loves the animals in her care. Latisha was superb from start to finish! She took incredible care of our cat during her daily visits—feeding, playing, cleaning, and following every detail of our guidelines perfectly. She provided daily updates and amazing photos that kept us informed and made us feel like we never left home. On top of being extremely respectful of our property, she went out of her way to help us with a couple of additional tasks around the house that weren't even part of her job. She is reliable, attentive, and genuinely amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better person to take care of our cat, and we highly, highly recommend her.

Jenna was an absolute joy to have as my pet sitter for Emma. She is patient, a clear communicator and pays attention to detail. During our meet and greet, Jenna was patient and understood that cats take time to warm up to a new person. Luckily, Emma showed comfort with her presence and stayed out watching within a close distance. While I was away, Jenna was on time, communicated any changes, and even facilitated Facetime check-ins with Emma. During those checkins, I observed Emma showing elements of her personality that I only see. This behavior clearly indicated her high level of comfort with Jenna. I scheduled a drop in so that Jaclynne could meet Oscar in advance of an upcoming stay. She was very accommodating and came over the next afternoon. My quirky little dog warmed right up to her. I feel extremely comfortable leaving him and knowing that he will receive the best care from her while we are away.
