“Mariluz is phenomenal!!!! We always used to board our dogs at Kennel type facilities. And as nice and pampering as they were; our dogs always came back a little different and definitely stressed. We were told to try Rover and are extremely happy we chose Mariluz. She had the most reviews in our area and you can tell she really cares for your furry loved ones needs. After plenty of communication; we set up a meet and greet in our home. We asked every question that came to mind and Mariluz assured us everything was fine and that we weren’t being overly concerned. Everyday she sent update via not just the rover app but through text messages as well! Her rover check in cards were thoroughly detailed and had plenty of pictures of our dog. When I checked our security cameras she was definitely giving the special attention our dog needed while we were gone for the holidays. Plenty of scratches and “who’s a good boy” and “you’re so stinking cute” praises that we could never verify with a dog hotel kennel type of facility. We will definitely book Mariluz again! 5 STARS!”

We did a video chat since I was already out of town and from the start the communication was great! We had her do drop in visits and she sent lots of photos and kept us updated. She gave our dogs medication on time. We are so thankful for her and would recommend her to anyone! We will definitely be using her again!”

We were not sure whether we would make it on our flight and told her we can only let her know at the last minute and she graciously was so understanding. She is so sweet and gentle with our furbaby.
