She kindly offered to do a meet and greet beforehand to help her get familiar with our rabbit, Fiona, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to take advantage of it because we had to leave unexpectedly for a family emergency. Despite not having the opportunity to meet Fiona ahead of time, Gabriella followed all of our instructions perfectly and took such great care of her. She was incredibly kind, communicative, and thoughtful throughout our time away. She even went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra things that she absolutely didn’t have to do, simply out of the kindness of her heart. One of the things I appreciated most was how frequently she sent photos and videos of Fiona. Being away during an already stressful time, it gave us so much peace of mind to see Fiona happy and well cared for.
