About: I’m a 32-year-old healthcare professional with a flexible schedule. I’ve been a lifelong pet lover and have had pets for most of my life. Right now, I share my home with a cat I adopted while living on the Northeast coast. Ask me anything! I work remotely from my apartment and have a very flexible schedule, so I’m available most of the time. I just need a couple of hours’ notice to plan my day around it, but overall, I’m very flexible! I live in a spacious and comfortable apartment with my cat. While we don’t have a fenced garden, there’s a nearby trail where I go for a walk every morning.

“Katie was great with my dog. She spent quality time with her. She played with her, made sure she ate, and took her on a nice walk. I look forward to booking Katie again.”

About: I've been surrounded by dogs since I was 6 and recently adopted a playful pup 3 months ago! Dogs are my passion, and I love giving them all the care and fun they deserve! I just moved to the United States from Europe with my amazing wife. I am a stay at home dog-dad for the time being and therefore have time to fill with my favorite hobby - taking care of dogs! I do not offer services in my home. However, I will take the upmost care with your pet & treat your home & belongings with respect.

“Veronica was able to do a week long booking with me with short notice, I was so grateful! She listened to instructions intently and took great care of my babies!”

“Thank you Vanessa for taking such good care of Oliver and Shadow. They are always in good care with you and it’s so nice to see them so happy with every update. They are very lucky to have a friend like you when we are away!”

“I realized last minute that I was going to be gone an extra day past the scheduled dog sitting. I asked him worriedly and frantically if he was free. He didn't hesitate and stepped in for the extra day. I am so lucky to have him as a dog sitter!!! Thank goodness for Joshua. I know my pup feels the same and she loves it when he takes care of her.”

About: With 20+ years of personal experience, I’m a dependable pet caregiver who truly goes the extra mile—whether it’s cleaning litter boxes, walking dogs, or feeding reptiles crickets and worms. I care for each pet like my own and take pride in being someone you can trust with every member of your furry (or scaly) family. I am extremely flexible with weekends and I work from home with flexible hours during the week so morning, afternoon, and evening visits aren't an issue. I am starting out offering drop in services and open to dog walking opportunities as well. I have two cats of my own who are uneasy around new pets so I am not open to caring for other animals in my home. I keep my cat's indoors and I understand the importance of keeping our pets safe and comfortable.

About: Hello, my name is Jonathan. I have recently retired from the US Army after 27 years of service. We are only a 14 minute commute to the Orlando International Air Port and within 2 miles of getting you back onto the toll road!! We have a VERY large fenced in yard to keep your dog safe and secure. We do not crate our dogs, but we have extra crates if needed. If allowed, your dog(s) may swim in our pool with our own 3 German Shorthaired pointers! If not, they can be safely kept away! Love all sizes of dogs! A little about me - After retiring from the Army, I’m now a “stay at home dad”. I'm a huge animal lover and our dogs are very social! I enjoy dog sitting as I get to constantly meet new dogs and ours get new playmates. We allow our pets on our furniture, so please let me know if you do not. This way we can reinforce your rules. Rest assured they will have a wonderful time while here! We are a family of three. My wife, Jenny is a registered nurse and our daughter, Juliana who is age 12. I/we can give your dog that one-on-one time or socialization with my own dogs. Lots of outdoor play time, cuddles, and potty breaks! Safety, trust, and environment - I have a large fenced in yard for this area with plenty of grass and shady areas. We do not take your dog(s) for walks as I feel it's safer to keep them in a controlled setting. It's what I would prefer if someone were to sit for our "fur children." I have 3 GSPs that love to run and play with other dogs and our backyard offers MORE room than most dog parks! Check out my gallery to see our yard, pool, and shaded areas. Trust they will get PLENTY of exercise while here, LOL! My dogs do not stay in crates during the day. We do however have crates available if needed. We normally feed our 3 together in the same room, but when boarding we do separate our furry guest. Don't worry, they'll be accompanied by one of us during feeding time. Rest assured your dog will be loved as one of our own. ***Traveling can be stressful, been there! Let me know how I can help. I am usually available to meet you at the airport if that better assists you. There would be an additional small fee to cover gas/tolls/my time. Please check my "sitter pick-up and drop-off fee" under services.

“Tammy was very attentive in her visits with my cat. She went to extra effort to clean the containers I’d meal prepped her cat food in and sent pictures to ensure she had fed her correctly. Tammy spent the entire 30 minutes in my apartment, was always on time, and did a great job! Will book again if available:)”

“Chewy loved her from the start at the meet and greet. Great communication from her visit. I will be calling Mercedes on a regular basis.”

About: I grew up caring for and rescuing all types of animals from reptiles, rabbits, livestock, and of course cats and dogs! I am comfortable with animals of all sizes, temperaments, ages, and special needs. I have been a foster parent in the past for both cats and dogs. I have also been a participant for the "Hound Around Town" at the local animal shelter to give shelter dogs a break from the kennel for a few hours and to meet potential families in real world settings. Outside of Rover, I am a registered nurse who specialized in emergent/critical care. I am comfortable in emergencies, both human and animal alike. I specialize in human resuscitation, but I have also been trained and am comfortable with performing CPR on dogs. I am available for drop-ins, daily walks, and boarding within my home. I am comfortable with short and long walks, cleaning of messes and litter box changes, medication administrations, feedings, bathing and will provide photo updates as you wish for each visit. I am open to providing services for more exotic friends: rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, lizards, snakes, and fish. Please message me to discuss further. I am currently taking a break from nursing care for personal reasons. This has allowed me to open my schedule to full availability for caring for your pets. I will be home on all available days posted. Feedings will be performed in the morning, typically between 06:00 am -08:00 and in the evenings between 16:00 - 18:00, unless otherwise specified. Medication administration will also be performed according to Rx/veterinary instruction. You can rest assured that your fur babies will be treated the way I treat mine: with plenty of love, respect for space and boundaries, and attention to detail. Walk lengths will be dependent on animal's energy that day, weather conditions, and safety overall. I always carry a fanny pack that holds poop bags, treats, a collapsible bowl with water, pepper spray (for emergent use only), and whatever else you may request on my visits. Drop-ins will also include ensuring adequate water is available, food is provided (as needed) and accidents will be cleaned (or litter boxes changed). I will also provide quiet time post exercise to encourage calmness before my exit. If need be, I am also comfortable providing baths in the event things get a little messy in all the fun. I am comfortable providing back yard exercise and walks around neighborhoods. I will not take any animal in my care to the dog park for their safety.

About: My whole life I have had pets from hamsters and rabbits, dogs and cats, to even horses. I have experience caring for puppies as well as senior dogs with limitations. I am comfortable with walking, bathing, nail clipping, and giving medications. I have always treated my pets like they’re my biological children and their health and safety is my top priority. I currently work a full time job M-F but have flexibility midday for walks or drop in visits when other may not be able to leave their jobs. I also get off work earlier than most and can swing by for afterwork care. As my experience with Rover develops I may also be able to work in weekend morning visits. My current living situation would not accommodate for boarding or taking in any animals, however I am more than happy to head to any client’s home for drop in visits or walks!

About: As a dedicated and compassionate sitter, I go beyond simply caring for pets—I strive to create a safe, engaging, and loving environment tailored to each animal's needs. I have a gentle approach and ensure they stay comfortable and happy. My attention to detail and commitment to routine mean your pets will feel secure and well-cared for in your absence. I'm here to give your furry family members the love and care they deserve! I am available Monday through Friday from 5 pm to 10pm. I have open availability on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday). I'm pretty flexible! No need to worry too much about it just communicate with me! Caring for pets in a home, whether it's my own or a client's, requires a thoughtful and tailored approach based on their needs and preferences. All fun and activities are not one-size-fits all. I will be sure to take that into account when spending time with your fur baby!
