About: I have been trusted to take care of my family and friends’ pets since I have had my own car. Now that I’m old enough I want to start looking after other people’s pets more because they say do what you love. I can’t have any dogs in my own household so I want to take care of other people’s babies the best that I can. I’m in college so it’s hard to navigate between being in my college town in my home town, but I’m doing the best I can to take care of as many pets as my schedule allows. I follow specific instructions and say with the pets as long as my schedule allows. I love to send pictures of the pets for their owners because I know how much I would miss my baby. I make sure I have eyes on the pets before I leave so I don’t close them in a room and notify parents of any weird behavior.

About: I’ve helped teach my dogs at home and love on older dogs. I volunteer at the shelter all the time. I have had animals ever since I was little. I have a part time job and can work this in however needed! Whether it’s stopping by or staying around, I am willing to work with you! No matter where I am, animals are constantly being loved and cared for by me. I will make sure they’re fed, cared for, walked, played with, and whatever else is needed.

About: I’ve had pets in my home my entire life! Multiple dogs and at least one cat at a time. We have fostered many puppies and dogs some were medically fragile through our local humane society. As a child I learned how to be responsible for my pets and all their daily care. I am excited to meet your pets because I miss being around my own pets since I’m 4 hours from home and they are truly like one of our family members! I’m a full time student at the University of Alabama so I’m able to fit in pet care around my classes!! My classes are primarily in the morning!! About: Whether your pet towers over your countertop or can fit in your purse, I’ve taken care of them all. Cats and dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes - I have had the opportunity to take care of these animals with all the love! As a cat and dog owner myself, I know first-hand what it is like to put trust into someone when you need help or have to leave.. it's scary! That is why I strive to provide the service you would do yourself if you were home, send lots of photos, give lots of snuggles, and love on your pets as my own! I am a full-time PhD Student and Instructor at The University of Alabama, but I have quite the flexible schedule. If you need a service, I will make it work to fulfill you and your pets' needs! About: I’ve been trusted to feed, walk, play with, and love on pets all my life! I grew up in a house with medium-large dogs (labs, Australian Sheppards, border collies), and got my own small dog 10 years ago. I also adopted multiple cats 2 years ago, and I can handle some reptiles, as I had a pet turtle for over 10 years. I’m an animal lover that will treat your fur baby as if it’s my own! I’m currently working on research this summer as I finish my doctoral degree, so I have a very flexible schedule for walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting stays! I will care for your pets as if they are my own while respecting your house rules. I can easily crate animals as needed, monitor their furniture use, make sure I abide by their potty schedule, refresh their water bowls regularly, etc.

About: I have grown up with dogs for my entire life and I now have a cat of my own. I have taken care of friends and families animals in the past and I am very reliable, caring, and friendly. Animals bring me so much joy and I treat any animal as if it were my own. I am working in a salon four days out of the week but I will be available in the mornings and the evenings of any day to provide attention to your pet. Given that I have a cat of my own, I know how angry and hurt I would be if I put her in the care of someone else and she was neglected. With that being said, you can trust that I will not put you in that position! Animals are innocent and unable to communicate their needs. About: 🥰Bring your baby for their "fur-cation" where the fun & relaxation is!😍🐶 Having to get a sitter, drop-in visit or walks scheduled for your baby can be a stressor- being away from your baby & finding your person. Well you have found your person here. I love furbabies & will take great care of your baby. 🐶♥️ I have furkids myself & my house is setup with furbabies & safety in mind. 🥰 I have furbaby beds in several rooms, gates between doorways so in case someone wants to be alone, I can accommodate, or if your baby needs time to warm up to a new place, thats another reason to have gates, for them to meet & greet at their own pace, not rushed, bc they all have their own personalities & preferences. I just don't like the idea of having to stay in kennels, like at the vet! Thats what brought me to Rover as a client, now a sitter myself. I have a playroom for furbaby friends with plenty of toys, beds & a fenced in backyard for supervised potty & play! On pretty days we spend as much time outside as we can. We also have elevated beds outside, 2 little pup-pools, large grassy area & covered backporch with ceiling fans, patio umbrella & also a water misting fan to beat the heat! (Pup cups too!)🥰 My babies love everyone, but I know not everyone else's pups love the same things. Its important for them all feel safe & comfortable. I have kennels if needed, which we rarely use, with a spare room if needed. So if one wants to nap quietly & another wants to run & play, its no problem at all. My senior pup is 11 & will play some but mostly likes to lounge & watch the others; my twins are almost 2 & will play off & on all day, so your baby will have a great time! *I can do boarding in my home, sitter service, stop by for drop-in visit & feed/water, potty & play, or stop by & take them for a walk. I can stop by for kitty care, but cant board Ms/Mr Kitty at my house, sorry. *Ater hours pickup/drop off is no problem. My furkids are neutered/ spayed, fully vaccinated & get monthly heartworm/hookwork flea/tick prevention 💊 Prevention & good health is very important to me, as I would hope yours is taken care of also. Your baby is in good hands here, & will have plenty of playtime & treats; OR if we just want to nap, we love that too! 😊 ✨️Message me & let me know what days/times you need. About: Hello! I'm looking forward to spending some of my time caring for your pets while you're away! I am really inspired by Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary and one day I hope to open my own animal sanctuary, but Rover will have to do for now. I've always had at least one dog in my house growing up. Right now I have two dogs as well as cats in my home. I also have a fenced yard to offer supervised play time and potty breaks. I'd be more than happy to drop in and make sure your lil' kitty-kat is well fed, played with, and has a clean litter box OR even host them in my cat room (AKA a quiet bedroom reserved just for cats that my pups do not have access to). Special skills: house training, crate training, medication administration- liquid and capsule, walking multiple (big) dogs at the same time, supervised play and feeding, etc. **Full disclosure: I am not on Rover for this to be my source of income. I keep my rates low because I know how expensive it can be when looking for trusted animal care, especially when you have more than one animal in the home and need to be away for more than a night. I am just offering the quality of care I want given to my animals when I am away. Any questions? Let's talk! My schedule during the day is pretty flexible as I work from home full time. I am also free during the weekend. What kind of care are you looking for and what days do you have in mind? I do offer a fenced yard and calm, child-free day care and pet sitting for those with proof of vaccination. I live in a house with plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. I am also able to take your dogs on leashed walks on the river trail or around town. My schedule is pretty flexible, I work from home so I have lots of autonomy. I’m home most of the time so there’s constant supervision. I have a fenced yard and extra bedrooms to offer a quiet space if your pet prefers to be away from the pack. Otherwise, I allow the animals in the house to nap, roam, and play wherever they'd like. My dogs are pretty social, they get along well with others and enjoy the dog park. My cats are also used to being around dogs and are pretty relaxed about it.
