About: I have been employed at an animal hospitals for 25 years and have pet sat for cats, dogs, rabbits, horses and birds over the years. I am trustworthy and reliable I am currently working full-time at an animal hospital 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday. I can come in the morning midday at lunchtime or after work if you’re in the area, I can also stay overnight at your home if you prefer. I do have a home with 6 acres however I do not have a fenced yard so I prefer to care for pets in your home. They are often less stress when they are at home in their own environment and seem much happier at their own home.

About: I have had about six to seven years of experience working with puppies to senior dogs. I’ve handled feedings, walks, medication if needed and lots of playtime. I’m currently employed but I able to work around my current job. I often close weekly 11:30-7 and weekends 10:30-6. Wednesday-Thursdays I typically have off so I’m Available anytime those days. I have tons of toys, treats, a crate and dog beds to keep your pup comfortable. I don’t have a fenced in yard however I do have a yard that I am able to walk your pup around in.

About: I have cared for a pet for virtually every year of my life that I can remember. From puppies and kittens to the most elder of the two, I cherish all stages of their development and love the joy that each unique individual personality of each pet brings to our world. I'm currently working part time, and on the days that I do work, I work remotely, so I will have plenty of time to dedicate to the care of your pet. I have a beautiful large yard at the end of a cul-de-sac that is full of trees. We live in a very nice neighborhood that is perfect for walking dogs also. We have two indoor cats that get along beautifully and are adaptable to other animals. We have a very clean home and are non-smokers.

About: To me, animals are the most innocent companions we have. They deserve to feel safe, understood, and loved. While I’m not a vet, I bring a deep sense of empathy and a lifelong passion for animals to every interaction. Whether it’s giving meds to a senior dog, helping a disabled pet navigate their day, or handling exotic pets with confidence, I bring calm energy and a strong sense of responsibility to every pet I care for. I work 6:30am - 3pm in Lake City, Monday-Friday. So I can do one Lake City trip and one trip in Jasper or Live Oak Monday - Friday. I am free more on the weekends so I can do at least two drop ins on the weekends if needed. I do not care for pets in my own home. But I am trustworthy and believe that an animal should be left in the environment that they are most familiar with. Removing them from their environment to a strangers will cause too much stress so I am not an advocate of bringing animals to my house. As far as my routine, once I get a new client, I will want to meet the new client and their fur child before they leave for their designated trip. It’s SO IMPORTANT they see me interact with their owner and know that I’m not a threat especially in their own environment. This creates trust and builds a bond between myself and the animal. (Cats can be territorial too! I’ve seen them attack intruders. Don’t underestimate them.) Keeping to routine and treats go a long way are my two general rule of thumb. Animals aren’t human and they don’t like a lot of change so continuing the same routine as their owner is important as fat meal times or cleaning out litter boxes. Not to mention giving them treats after every visit lets them be excited for you to come AND leave.

About: Ive had a family dog that Ive bathed, walked, and provided love and care for about 8 years. I care for dogs like they’re my child. I usually wake up early in the morning to hit the gym and am pretty free after that. I am a UF graduate figuring out my next steps in life so I am free during the week and weekends. I have a male Australian Shepherd named Buddy I play with and take very good care of. I make sure to not leave anything out that can get chewed/swallowed unless its a chew toy (have plenty of those). I make sure to have plenty of water available and keep up with my dogs feeding schedule. I make sure the fur babies are well walked too.

About: I have owned animals of all sorts my entire life and am happiest when I am with them. I've owned dogs, cats, horses, goats, fish, birds, reptiles, etc and am comfortable caring for all of them. We live in high springs area but work in Gainesville so I am open to multiple locations if it works with my schedule. I currently have 3 dogs of my own..2 small ones and one large one, as well as a cat. I currently work from 8am-4:30 pm so I can be available anytime after work or on the weekends. I would love to meet your pets! Just contact me with any questions/requests! Thank you! I am open to evening visits during the week or anytime on the weekends as long as it works with my job schedule. Weekends I am pretty much always available. I do have kids so If I can bring them with me then I can be available even more as well but that can be discussed. I am not offering in home boarding at this time but all of our animals are well taken care of and I will respect your wishes if you want your dog kept on a leash or in the yard etc.
