About: I began house sitting in high school for close family friends and neighbors. Since then, I’ve cared for and walked many dogs while babysitting and nannying, both for short visits and overnight stays. I understand the level of detail it takes to help pets feel comfortable and to give owners peace of mind while they’re away. I also have experience caring for pets with medical needs. My own dog tore his ACL while I was in college, and for months I carried him up and down stairs while managing his recovery. He also had allergies that required daily medicated baths, a special diet, and multiple medications. He was clever enough to try to outsmart me when it came to pills, which taught me patience, creativity, and a sense of humor when caring for animals. I truly believe every pet has a unique personality. I approach pet care with attentiveness, patience, and playfulness so animals feel safe, understood, and well cared for. My goal is always happy pets and complete peace of mind for their owners. I work a full-time schedule during the week, but I’m happy to provide care before and after work and occasionally in the evenings depending on timing and location. With advance notice, I’m also happy to adjust my weekend schedule to fit your pet’s routine. I do my best to accommodate requests whenever possible. I treat my pets as family, and I have witnessed my family and friends care for pets as if they are a child. On days I couldn’t bring my dog along, I trusted the people watching him to do the same, and maybe even add a little extra love for missing his family.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
