“Anthony was friendly and took good care of my dogs, but there were some issues with communication. For one of the four walks, they sent a screenshot of their phone screen instead of a picture of the dogs in the report. On the last walk, they completely forgot and only checked in after being reminded two hours later. I understand they weren’t feeling great, which they explained the next day, but a little communication would have gone a long way—especially since I wasn’t home. It felt like they had completely forgotten about the dogs, which was concerning. I appreciate their effort, but attention to detail and reliability are crucial when caring for pets.”
