About: I have had animals since I was 6, including horses, rabbits, dogs, and cats. For about 6 years, I've been dog sitting, barn sitting, and cat sitting for family friends. I've been around multiple different animals and breeds. I am currently a full time college student on break, so I have ample time to care for pets! My name is Kloe, and I am a 27 year old RN who is deciding to pursue her dream of working with and helping animals full time! I am enrolled in online courses for Veterinary Nursing through Purdue University. I am also a registered nurse with a Bachelor’s degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, and I hope to continue working part time in this role. I have loved and owned animals all my life. I routinely picked up strays starting as young as 10. I have four dogs of my own at the moment, but I have had as many as 10 in my home at a time! I have a long history of fostering dogs as well as dog sitting, both in the Houston area as a Rover sitter and privately in the smaller community of Jasper, TX. I have volunteered with multiple shelters and rescues since high school, and I have experience with a wide range of behaviors, personalities, and breeds. When I started my own family, me and my husband got our first pet cat named Sebastian and we love and care for him as if he was another one of our kids! We also added a dog named Astro to our growing family a couple of years after getting Sebastian, and he is so sweet and friendly.
