About: I have always had a big heart for animals. I’ve set for my friends and family since a young age. I’ve also been a part of the dog rescue world, which has given me the experience in puppy delivery. I work from home, so I’m basically available everyday of the week with very flexible hours to insure the special time spent with each pet. I have a fenced in yard with 4 dogs to keep your pup company. I have crates if that is a request, as well as lots of energy to play.
About: I am active and love to be active with a canine. I consider animals the spice of life! I moved back to Louisiana from Hawaii in 2021. I had been an active Rover sitter and house sitter on Oahu since 2018. I love dogs and enjoy when they visit my home. Since my sweet Bear passed away, opening my home to care for other fur babies is extra special. I have a lot of love to share with your furbabies. Also, I know furbabies miss their owners and get lonely when their loved ones are away. I enjoy being able to keep them company and make sure they have all of their needs met; love, attention, treats, activities, medicine, etc. I have experience caring for a wide variety of animals (wild and domestic). I have owned dogs, cats, cows, horses, rabbits, chickens, sheep, goats, pigs, guinea pigs, hamsters, skunk, fish, turtles, sugar gliders, and prairie dogs. I have cared for and handled many other species of animals throughout my career. I have a college degree in biology and I worked as a veterinary tech while attending college. I work from home and babysit part-time so my schedule is flexible. I am home to cuddle and spend time in the yard as needed. We love to play outside. I have a fenced in yard with quite neighbors. It is very peaceful in my backyard. I love to spend time outdoors in my yard unless it is extremely hot or raining. I also love to take fur babies on outings to parks and wildlife areas.

About: Effective 09/10/2025 I will be available in the SW Louisiana area for services! My name is Kloe, and I am a 27 year old RN who is deciding to pursue her dream of working with and helping animals full time! I am enrolled in online courses for Veterinary Nursing through Purdue University. I am also a registered nurse with a Bachelor’s degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, and I hope to continue working part time in this role. I have loved and owned animals all my life. I routinely picked up strays starting as young as 10. I have four dogs of my own at the moment, but I have had as many as 10 in my home at a time! I have a long history of fostering dogs as well as dog sitting, both in the Houston area as a Rover sitter and privately in the smaller community of Jasper, TX. I have volunteered with multiple shelters and rescues since high school, and I have experience with a wide range of behaviors, personalities, and breeds. I have functional/basic bathing and grooming skills, such as nail trimming; I’m willing to add these services on for any new booking - whether it’s just check ins/walks or doggy daycare/boarding. Please reach out to me with any questions, even if you’re only lightly considering a new human friend for your dog! I am quite flexible, and I am looking forward to getting to know new families and pups in the area! My current routine can be a bit chaotic - between my career as a nurse, my vet tech program, and my own personal zoo to care for - but luckily this has made me a very flexible person! I an available most week days for walks, check ins, and anything else I can provide. I will be more selective with boarding or house-sitting so I can make sure your pets get the best care possible! Please reach out for any scheduling concerns and I would be happy to discuss how I could help. I am a very safety oriented person with my own animals and especially with others’ animals. I am very observant of my pets’ behaviors and personality so that I can identify potential problems early on and intervene. I enforce good leash manners at all times and overall encourage polite, calm behavior from my animals. I love to play a good round of fetch or tug-of-war and have no problem work with just about any behavior or play style.
About: I've been caring for dogs for over 10 years, and I treat every pet like my own. As a nursing student, I'm trained to be observant, calm, and detail-oriented, so I notice small changes in appetite, energy, or behavior and keep you updated. I'm comfortable giving medications (pills, liquids, or mixed into food) and following feeding and care routines exactly as you lay them out. I especially love senior dogs! You'll get regular photo updates so you never have to wonder how your pup is doing. I'm dependable, punctual, and genuinely happy to spend time with your furry family member! I'm a full-time student, so my schedule is structured and predictable. I'm available Thursday-Sunday each week for boarding, drop-ins, walks, or daycare! My schedule will open up even more around the holidays so check with me! I'll always confirm availability upfront and communicate quickly if anything changes, so you can plan with confidence. Your pet's safety is my top priority. I follow your routines exactly, from feeding to medications to walk times, and I always double check doors, gates, and leashes. My home is a quiet space with a fenced in yard and no other pets, so your dog will be comfortable here!
About: I’ve been in pet care for many years taking care of my own pets and other pets in my pre-vet collegiate career. I have background experience in agriculture and large animal care as well. I work from home so my pets are my day long coworkers! They help give me structure and a routine instead of sitting at my desk all day long. Spending time with them is always something to look forward to. I treat any animal the same as I treat my own pets. My dog is the light of my life and I know other pet parents feel the same about their own babies.
About: Ever since the age of 10 I’ve had responsibilities for our pets; taking them out to potty, playing/exercising, cleaning up any accidents, making sure they have food and water, and bathing. I would be happy to take care of and love on your babies! I’m currently on summer break from college and dog sitting is my only job so I have plenty of time available to care for your pets. I don’t board any pets at my house, but I do go to the client’s home. I can stay over at the house if that’s what the client would prefer, or do drop-ins.
About: I’ve been caring for animals my entire life and currently share my home with three dogs and three cats of my own. Animals have always been central to my life, and I understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. In addition to lifelong pet ownership, I have extensive experience in dog rescue. At one point I was actively caring for and rehabilitating 14 dogs at once, working with animals from a variety of backgrounds, temperaments, and medical needs. That experience taught me patience, strong observation skills, and how to quickly recognize changes in behavior or health. I’m comfortable caring for pets at every life stage — energetic puppies and kittens, adult animals with established routines, and seniors who need extra time and compassion. I also have hands-on experience with special needs pets, including administering medications, maintaining detailed care schedules, and assisting animals with mobility challenges. Most recently, I cared for a senior pit bull with hind-end weakness who required lifting assistance to stand and walk, along with consistent medication management. Providing calm, steady support for pets who need extra help is something I truly enjoy. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine familiar and low-stress while providing dependable care, lots of affection, and clear communication so you always know how things are going at home. I treat every pet as if they were my own and provide regular photo and message updates so you always know your pet is safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I currently work part-time as a work-from-home contractor, which allows me a very flexible schedule and makes it easy to adapt my day around pet care needs. Because I’m home much of the time, I’m able to provide consistent attention, regular check-ins, and reliable care throughout the day. I plan my schedule around the pets I’m caring for to ensure feeding times, walks, medication schedules, and companionship needs are met without disruption. Whether it’s short visits, overnight stays, or extended care, I’m able to adjust my routine to prioritize your pet’s comfort and consistency. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is maintaining their normal routine and environment as closely as possible to reduce stress. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walk routines, medication needs, and any specific behavioral or medical guidelines. I approach each home with respect and responsibility, keeping things clean, secure, and exactly as I found them. I understand the importance of trust when someone is caring for both your pets and your space, and I communicate regularly so you always know how things are going. With experience caring for animals of all ages—including rescues, seniors, and pets with special medical needs—I’m comfortable adapting to whatever level of care is required. My goal is always to provide calm, attentive care so your pets feel safe, understood, and well cared for in your absence.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your walker interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and walker for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
