Deisha was perfect ! With this stay only being the 2nd time in 6 years that my pup has left my side, I was extremely nervous. Our first meet and greet washed all of my worries away. Professional in every aspect, genuine, kind, and caring. I knew if I felt safe and at home, my girl rue would feel the same. She was very thorough with any med, feeding/potty schedules, etc. Backyard is a HUGE plus, especially when you have a big pup that loves to sunbathe. Stayed active with our morning updates and pics! Grace is amazing! She sent constant updates that had pictures as well as short summaries of how their day has been, even two to three times a day! She answered all my questions, and was very transparent about everything! She had a room set up for my dogs kennels and food, as well as a nice fenced in back yard which my dogs LOVED! The joy in the pictures she sent on my dogs faces was evident, and I cannot wait to book again with her! My dogs adore Grace and her fur babies, and I would recommend her to everyone!
