Our rescue Fritz was diagnosed with heart worm disease recently and the vet appointment for his treatment happened to be when we needed to be out of state for my husband and I’s wedding. Our dog was a stray before we got him and has a difficult time warming up to people. About: Dogs have always been a part of my life! I grew up with my family adopting and training rescue dogs from our local shelters. I have been walking dogs and dog sitting since I was in high school and am comfortable around all dog breeds and ages. My neighbors and family rely on me to care for dogs during the day for daily walks, or while away on longer trips. About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have always loved caring for animals. I’m patient, dependable, and very attentive to each pet’s individual needs and personality. I’m experienced with dogs of different sizes, energy levels, and temperaments, and I’m happy to stick to routines, administer basic care, go on walks, play, and provide lots of attention while you’re away. I understand how important it is to keep pet parents updated, so I’ll make sure you receive regular photos and communication for peace of mind. My schedule is very flexible and changes slightly depending on the month. In May, I have open availability. In June, I’m in class Tuesdays from 8 AM–3 PM and Wednesdays/Thursdays from 8 AM–11 AM. In July, I only have class on Mondays from 8 AM–11 AM. Outside of class, I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet care, including walks, playtime, feeding, check-ins, and overnight care depending on the booking. I’m available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and I always make sure pets stay on their normal routines and feel comfortable while their owners are away. I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. Whether I’m caring for pets on a walk or a in a client’s home, I make it a priority to follow their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions. I’m very attentive to pets’ behavior and needs, and I make sure they’re always supervised in a safe environment. I keep spaces clean, secure, and pet-friendly, and I’m careful when introducing pets to new surroundings or routines. I also understand how important communication is, so I provide regular updates and photos to help owners feel at ease while they’re away.

With a flexible self-employed schedule, I am available for drop in potty breaks, feedings, and walkies as well as longer term house sitting. I am comfortable with cats and dogs and will treat them as my own with all of the care and enrichment they deserve. Being mostly self employed, my daily schedule can be easily manipulated to fit the needs of my clients. I am currently unavailable for round the clock care but have the flexibility to only be away for a few hours at a time, allowing me generous time to spoil your sweet critters. While caring for your pets, I will treat your home and babies as if they were my own.
