About: I have always had dogs. I have trained dogs for years, including hunting dogs. I have helped others with their animals throughout the years as well. I also take care of a farm and their animals from time to time just north of Omaha she would be a reference. I work remotely, so I’m home all the time unless I need to run a quick errand. There is direct access into my apartment, so no need to go through hallways. I will treat them like they’re my own and we walked every day. I have a park here. I also live right next to Lake Zirinsky so taking a walk at the park is easy.

Growing up, I helped my grandparents with their sheep and their two working dogs, which gave me early experience around well-trained, active dogs and animals with routines and responsibilities. For the past several years, I’ve primarily provided housesitting and pet care for friends, neighbors, and family members. Much of my experience has been with older dogs, so I’m comfortable with slower walks, maintaining consistent routines, and paying close attention to signs that a dog may be tired or uncomfortable. I’m also experienced with handling dog medications and following specific feeding routines or dietary needs. I understand how important consistency is for pets, especially senior animals, and I take care to follow instructions closely so they stay comfortable and healthy while their owners are away. I’m patient, attentive, and reliable, and I make it a priority to learn each pet’s personality and routine. I treat both pets and homes with care and respect, and I’m always happy to provide updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are safe and well cared for. I work a hybrid job with somewhat flexible hours, which allows me to incorporate pet care easily into my daily routine. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, feeding, and letting pets out during the day, and I can often spend extended time in the home when needed. For certain bookings, I’m also comfortable providing overnight housesitting or near full-day presence (for a limited number of consecutive days) for pets that benefit from extra companionship or monitoring. About: I treat clients' homes and family members with utmost care and respect, and I love on my pet clients like they are my own. I have nearly a decade of professional sitting experience at all stages of the life cycle, from bottle feeding to end-of-life support. My availability opened up when my beloved cat, Hugo, passed in December 2025. He was my special big boy and my joy; I miss him every day! During the last year of his life, I managed his multiple major health conditions including diabetes, kidney failure, and congestive heart failure. He had chronic urinary issues for his entire life despite prescription diets and various intervention attempts, and thus I was always on the lookout for signs of UTI. My boy was anxious and became notorious at multiple veterinary clinics for getting agitated during his checkups. I am eternally grateful to every person who showed him love and gentleness when his behavior was challenging. I strive to show the same loving care to my clients with the promise that even "difficult" pets will be treated like my absolute favorite creature on earth. Depending on the level of care required, I am comfortable with meeting in person or virtually before the sit. My ability to give medication will vary by the relationship and administration method. I typically ask that I perform an on-site home visit before the sit with any pets needing insulin injections, oral (both pill and liquid) medications, or subcutaneous fluid. As a singer and gig worker, I ensure that flexibility is built into my schedule. I am frequently available during business hours and around holidays! Bringing a sense of security is critical in this work. I have one client who requested a short video of the door being locked each day. I will work with you and make every effort to let you know that your home and/or loved one is in good hands.
