1. Michelle D.

“Teddy had a wonderful day with Michelle. We were very happy to find Michelle nearby our family near Santa Fe so we could go out hiking. We look forward to seeing Michelle and playing with CJ again on Monday!”

2. Patris K.

“Patris took such good care of our dogs — she kept us updated throughout the day and we felt very comfortable leaving our girls with her. We’ll be back the next time we’re visiting Santa Fe!”

3. Jerrett S.
“For 2 years, we trusted Jerrett to watch our beloved dog, Otis. Along with being incredibly responsible and timely, Jerrett created a bond with Otis that made him wag his stubby tail every time he saw him! On longer trips, we received picture updates and daily texts about how he was doing. Being able to leave our dog at home with Jerrett made our dog's life less stressful, as he was able to stay in his own yard and sleep in his own house & bed. We have a new dog now, and have yet to leave her, but when we do, we'll hire Jerrett.”

4. Susan W.

“Sue was the PERFECT sitter for our pup. She’s sweet, kind, and professional. She’s easy to communicate with and took time for my dog to become comfortable. My dog seemed to love her time there, especially playing with the other sweet dog. We’re so thankful we found Sue to care for our dog.”

5. David V.

“David was great! Responded to my last minute request and took excellent care of Chief for the day. Received lots of pictures & videos throughout the day!”

6. Nikole H.
About: I started with cat sitting as a tween, but started walking dogs at the humane society in college and fell for dogs! I've sat for many a neighbor dog, and learned many practical things in that time. Owning my first dog made all of my "knowledge" laughable! I had to potty and leash train my 1 yr old, 125 lb, extremely anxious rescue dog - a Herculean feat!! I've found that I'm good at training and I have LOTS of patients with difficult dogs. I am an artist that works from home, which is good because my dog has extreme separation anxiety! We would love to have your pup join us! We are in a duplex with a big, fenced-in backyard. I love snuggling and lounging around with dogs and am a master at fetch! My own dog is a lazy 6 yr old mastiff/dane who only feels comfortable with small dogs. Depending on his mood and your own dog's energy level, he may play with them, snuggle, or simply ignore them and sleep the day away as usual.

7. Elthea & Joshua M.

“Althea and Josh were awesome for our baby boy blue. They kept us informed with him and sent great pictures of him. The only draw back was they're location from us tourists. However, we would use them again if and when we come back to Santa fe. Good peeps!!!”

8. Ezra L.
About: I grew up overseas in a family that seemed to always have at least four dogs at home. My first dog (that truly felt like my own) was Lapsi, a beautiful crossbreed, that followed us home one day and never left. She went on to live with us for 16 years, giving birth to several generations of pups that we took care of and distributed across the Valley into caring family homes. In The States my first dog was not actually mine, but my freshman roommate's chestnut lab that he brought from home and that we both took care of - and now, full circle, my current roommates have 3 dogs! I think that qualifies me as a dog person, even if only by association. Throughout it all, I have learned to love our furry friends in all their variety: to receive love from them, to take care of them, watch over them, and even occasionally take urgent action to protect their well being. Pets have been a big part of my life and I'd love to share this enthusiasm with you. In the end it's a relationship that requires a little bit of nurturing and a whole lot of love. Cheers thanks for considering me! I'm currently in between work so I have ample time to afford your animal. In the heat, I find it's best to walk out side of peak hours - but depending on the naimal I am willing to forage in the midday heat. I have a compound with an animal gate that can provide security for most sizes of animals. It's important that all animals have spaces that are appropriate for them and if not that they can access a space that's suits them on a daily basis.

9. Lauren W.

“My dog is skittish around new people but Lauren took the time to get him comfortable. Thank you Lauren!”

10. Sonya P.
About: I have 20+years of experience working with families and their furry family members! I have open availability and I will walk, pet for hours but most important...... I will love and care for each one as if they were my own! I take pride in each animal I am responsible for, as if I have owned and loved them my entire life. I work well with people but I have a special gift working with dogs and cats! My calm and patient personality allows animals to trust me and build a bond that will last many years to come. I always want to build long-standing relationships and show you and your family I have integrity and superior skills. I am excited to meet you and looking forward to animal kisses ! I’m currently working a remote and very flexible job. I have plenty of time to walk, pet and love your dog or cat! I am available as early as 9:00am My home has plenty of room, it is an open concept which allows for plenty of room to play. I have a large yard that is open in the front but enclosed in the back. The outside door to backyard can/will remain open for your babies to relax comfortably and get fresh air. The neighborhood is very pet friendly with wide streets and hills very close by for my furry friends who may need extra exercise or to use up extra energy! I enjoy hiking and would absolutely love it if you allow me to take your babies young and older on a safe and short hike! No crazy trails…I promise!

11. Cristina R.

“This was our pup’s first experience with a sitter, and Cristina made it a great one for all of us. She even gave us tips for how to spend our time in town. Highly recommend!”

12. Lynn C.
“Lynn Celeste has watched after my babies with dependable care and love, going on several years. Sadie is an elderly Aussie who needs exercise (just the right amount these days) as well as attention and care. I can count on Lynn for timely visits for feeding, medication, and exercise...and sometimes an extra brushing. On longer trips, I can count on her to watch the house and as well as run Sadie to the groomers, etc if needed. She is great with my two cats as well! While I've used neighbors and other house/pet sitters in the neighborhood, I'll always try to get Lynn if she's available.”

13. Hannah S.

“Hannah quickly responded to my last minute call out for some doggie daycare support. Mochi took right to her Effortless clear communication. We cdnt have done it without you !”

14. Britt B.

“Britt was perfect. I would request him 100x’s again”

15. Andrea L.
“Andrea is amazing! She LOVES the dogs and they love her. She is extremely responsible and attuned to them; she has great skill in handling all types of dogs. If a dog barks, pulls, etc., she has the tools to help the situation. I think her biggest asset is how CALM she stays. This helps the dogs feel calm and.m safe themselves. Highly recommend Andrea.”
