About: I grew up with dogs and cats on the farm and own two dogs of my own. I have had each of them since they were puppies and they are now 7 and 8 years old. One of my dogs is reactive to other dogs so I understand some animals need a little extra time, love, and support to feel comfortable. I also foster kittens through a local organization. I have worked as a nurse for 10 years and have struggled to find trustworthy individuals to let my dogs out with my irregular schedule. I joined rover to help other people working odd hours have care for their pets. Since I have worked both day and night shift, I understand the need for animal care at non-traditional hours. I have also been a travel nurse and know the stress of moving to a new city and finding care. I am available on weekends, most holidays, and days before 2pm. I am occasionally available Monday and Friday evenings as well. I am familiar with cats and dogs of all sizes. I abide by your preferences and will ensure your pets are taken care of in the same manner you would care for them.

About: I have worked in animal shelters for over 8 years and I have extensive experience with providing enrichment, socialization, and training plans for dogs and cats of all behavior dispositions and ages. I am a canine behavior consultant certified (CBCC-KA) and a certified animal welfare administrator (CAWA). Your pets will be in good hands with me and will receive all the love attention they need! I have 3 cats and 1 dog of my own so I am comfortable providing care in households of mixed species as well. I am a very routine person! While I do work full time Monday through Friday, my schedule can be a bit flexible to meet your pets needs and ensure I am there when they need me. I will ensure your fur babies feel safe in their environment and will bring lots of treats to win over even the most nervous of pets!

About: I have had pets and been around dogs/cats my whole life. I have taken care of my parents dogs and freinds critters in the past. I pay attention to detail and will treat your critter as if they were my own or if they belonged to a family member. I have a full time job from 8am-4pm and I am open on weekends. Dog walking is my most flexible service, but I will make time to check on your critters, and depending on the weekend, I can stay with them. I would care for a pet as an extension of any pet I have ever had. Whether thats keeping them fed, building trust, giving the attention they need, or keeping them safe

“Christal does drop in visits at my house midday while I’m at work 2-3 times a week. She takes my husky mix out to play and go potty. My dog adores her and has had no issues with going to the bathroom which I was worried about. He feels safe and loved by her. Christal responds to messages almost instantly and takes lots of photos. I would highly recommend letting her watch your fur babies!”

About: I’ve taken care of family friends and neighbors pets for years! I have watched every animal - from dogs and cats to lizards and snakes, and love every moment of it. I’ve always had pets at home and I love fur-babies more than anything! I have trained 3 puppies and around 5 kittens! I am currently a college student, but with my schedule, I am able for walking or check-ins almost any time of the week! Weekends are completely open besides Sundays 12-2. I always ensure that my clients homes look better than I found it! I understand everyone has a different way of raising their animals and I respect any training or specifications given to me. About: I love animals. I worked at as a Veterinary Tech for 8 years. Where I walked, feed, medicated, and grooms dogs and cats. I am very passionate about dogs getting potty breaks and exercise. I love walking dogs. Animals tend to gravitate towards me when I enter a house. I also love cats and the therapy that they bring. Cats are amazing in the skills that they have so I love being around them. I am great with all breeds from large to tiny. Smaller dogs need lots of extra loving such as sitting in laps and larger dogs tend usually to like fetch and outside activities I am also very comfortable about dispensing medication if needed and if instructions are left for me to follow.

She even went above and beyond, by washing my dog’s bowls and taking out some trash I had put by my back door and forgotten to get to before I left the house. About: I love all animals! I get along with animals and respect their boundaries. I grew up with cats, but I have watched my friends’ dogs as well. I am currently about to go back to college after taking a break and I am a substitute teacher! I already take care of my own pet and enjoy it, so why not help others, as well? You and your pet’s trust and safety is extremely important to me. I want to make sure I respect everyone’s boundaries, as well as make sure everyone is happy!
