I’ve always had pets at home and I love fur-babies more than anything! I have trained 3 puppies and around 5 kittens! About: I love animals. I worked at as a Veterinary Tech for 8 years. Where I walked, feed, medicated, and grooms dogs and cats. I am very passionate about dogs getting potty breaks and exercise. I love walking dogs. Animals tend to gravitate towards me when I enter a house. I also love cats and the therapy that they bring. Cats are amazing in the skills that they have so I love being around them. I am great with all breeds from large to tiny. Smaller dogs need lots of extra loving such as sitting in laps and larger dogs tend usually to like fetch and outside activities I am also very comfortable about dispensing medication if needed and if instructions are left for me to follow.

About: I’ve had many pets growing up my entire life, however, I began being an animal caretaker since 2019. Originally I was a flying nanny so I was never home, but I was transporting dogs and cats all over the United States from state to state. I fell in love with my job until I could no longer travel anymore. Now that I work from home, I still want to be able to continue my journey with caring for animals. Many people do jobs because their parents did it or they do it for the money; but I genuinely do it because I love animals… you might be able to say more than humans. I currently work from home and work when I want in my daily life would really affect my availability to pet sit. I’m basically available every single day of the week unless I make plans. I live in an apartment that has a grass area for animals to handle their business and it is fenced all the way around the apartment. About: I have a 9 year old French bulldog that I’ve had since he was a puppy. He’s a very needy dog and so I’m used to giving a lot of attention, walks, medicines, special diets etc… I am working from home just a couple hours a day, and those hours are flexible. I have a lot of time to care for dogs that need a lot of attention. I have a large fenced in backyard with real grass. My French bulldog is very chill and calm and loves other dogs. I take him on multiple walks a day. I also have a dog stroller to take elderly dogs on walks if needed. Dogs are allowed on the furniture, and I have dogs stairs and ramps for the furniture.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life. My family had a two high energy dogs growing up and even from a young age I would enjoy caring for the two of them. I taught him basic commands, potty training, and basic leash skills. I currently own a cat who is equal parts sweetheart and menace. Being tasked with raising a kitten turned out to have a massive learning curve, but he is absolutely spoiled with playtime, toys, and treats. He is currently being leash trained and we’re working on anxiety associated with his crate. I have a PRN position at a children’s hospital, so I have plenty of time to check in on your baby/babies. I work a short Monday shift from 12-4PM. I have a hybrid pharmacy schedule, so I am able to attend classes from wherever I am. I care for all pets with love and respect. The main goal is to establish trust with new pets by allowing them to approach me with interest on their own terms, even if it takes a while. Providing pets with playtime and attention is a priority after their daily basic needs are met. I believe in gentle correction or making an activity more interesting with treats or a favorite toy when a pet is acting up or disinterested.

I do work M-F on a 8am to 5pm schedule so anytime around that works for me whether that’s after work or the weekends! Once I’m staying in the house, I try to keep everything as close to the pet’s normal routine as possible. That means feeding them at the right times, sticking to their usual walk or play schedule, and giving them attention if they’re used to a lot of company. If they’re shy or independent, I respect that too. I pay attention to their body language so I can tell if they need more space or more love.
