She kept us at ease by sharing photos upon request and made sure Canela was well fed (Kalyn kindly cooked Canela's raw meat mix to medium-well daily), well rested (allowed on furniture, Canela loves sleeping on the couch), and free to roam the house comfortably (Canela found her favorite window in the house while she interned for the neighborhood watch). Kayln was also VERY accommodating for when our returning flight was delayed 3 days. We couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you!
Pet boarding requires a lot of trust, and there’s no one else in Pittsburgh that I’d trust more to care for dog than Mike. He takes great care, ensures plenty of active time outdoors, and always keeps me updated on how my pet is doing during stays. When I return, my dog looks like she is right at home, so I know she always enjoys the company of Mike, Roxy, Norm, and the family. Absolutely recommend booking with Mike
Our dog's stay with Anahita was smooth and trouble-free. Anahita was clearly a responsible and caring person, plus she had great backup from her roommate who apparently fell in love with our little dog! No wonder, she is cute. This was a first time stay and everything went great, our dog settled in and seemed very happy from the reports...and tired now that she's home, a sign of a good visit with lots of activity. No problem at all recommending Anahita (and her room mate), and would definitely book a repeat stay in the future.
Rae was absolutely wonderful to work with! She responded quickly, provided great updates, was super flexible with both pickup and drop-off, and truly went above and beyond to help us out. I had originally reached out to Rae but ended up booking another sitter who lived a bit closer. When that sitter canceled just two days before our trip, I immediately contacted Rae again. Within minutes she responded, happy to take care of Poe. She even rearranged her plans with friends to make our pickup time easier.
