She was very responsive when booking and scheduled a meet and greet to meet me and my dog and to show where he’d be staying. She was very flexible on drop off and pickup and sent updates and photos while he stayed with her. My dog is a picky eater and she hand fed him. I’ll definitely use her for my next trip!”

Nelia always keeps me updated and gives him his medicine as scheduled She follows my instructions exactly all the time. Most dependable and does not over react to his medical issues. Their 3 young children keep him entertained and the entire family gives him lots of love. Hershey LOVES the long walks through the neighborhood multiple times per day. Fenced in backyard with real grass is a bonus.. I always have peace of mind when I am away and he is under their care.”
