I have had the opportunity to care for large and small dogs, a cat who people were afraid of but who eventually happily coexisted with me. I work full time as a remote worker so I can provide in home pet first care with ease. My work and schedule is flexible, which allows for pet care to be added into my day with little disruption to me or the pet. When I am with a pet in their home, their routine and needs come first. Besides the instructions or guidance I am given about the pet, I observe and engage with the pet to learn about them and make them comfortable and happy while I am in their home.

I've cared for dogs and cats for everything from daily walks and check-ins to several-week stays, and I genuinely love getting to know each animal's unique personality. I've cared for dogs with social anxiety, leash reactivity, and strong personalities, and I enjoy helping them feel safe, confident, and understood. I'm also comfortable with puppies and reinforcing basic training and routines while you're away. At this time, I am not able to provide boarding in my own home, so all of my services take place in my clients' homes.

About: I had a dog for 15 years. He was my best friend. I have always wanted a dog since, but my life has not allowed it. I love animals and have a good connection with them. I am calm and comforting, and am also very playful, so dogs tend to love me. I enjoy taking walks and hikes and playing fetch. I also am a water person, so I’d take your dog with me to play in the river and lake. My daughter would also LOVE to care for a dog when we are lucky enough to get the opportunity! I would take great care of your pup! At the moment, I am working part time with long breaks between clients so I have plenty of time to play and care for your dog. I will take dogs on plenty of walks and play fetch, keep them entertained and snuggled, fed, watered and loved. I have a fenced in backyard. I make sure your dog can’t get into things that are potentially dangerous to them.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
