About: As a proud dog and cat owner since birth, I know the struggle of trying to find someone or somewhere to take care of my pets like they are their own. Although boarding an animal at a facility is always an option, there is nothing better than having your pet stay in their own home where they can be comfortable and feel safe. As someone with over 5+ years worth of experience with animals of all kinds such as dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds, I can tell you there is nothing I love more than making sure your pet feels safe and happy! I am currently a student studying animal science with a pre-veterinary focus and I’ve worked in animal care for 5+ years ranging from dog/cat boarding to veterinary care. Your pet sitting will always include any medication and/or diet administration, daily walks if needed, texts with photos for updates, and of course, lots of playtime! *I am very comfortable with raw diets and have experience giving them!* If you feel I may be a good fit for your best friend, please don’t hesitate to say so! I’m a full-time animal caregiver and this means the majority of the time, I can make your requests work in my schedule. I am a pre-vet student in her senior year and pet caregiving is my job so taking care of your best friend is my top priority and will always come first! I am also a clean record driver and have over 4 years of medication experience, so whether it's an emergency, a quick check in, or a special cuddle time for your pet, I'm happy to help. I do not provide any home boarding or overnight care in my own home. I do however have many parks I frequent such as Tyson Park and Circle park. I can also go to any park you recommend and/or trail.
16. Whitney W.
“Whitney's love for dogs and proper dog care has been a central tenet of her life since even before she first began volunteering at an animal rescue. At the shelter she gravitated to the dogs others have given up on. Her understanding of dog behavior is outstanding and without her in my life I am not sure I would have gotten through the "growing pains" of understanding my newly rescued dogs psychological state. She not only helped me with general care, but taught me how to better understand my dogs needs. There were so many frustrating times early on, and she demonstrated unparalleled patience, caring, and training. I am a much better dog owner from having Whitney in my life and I will forever be so grateful to have learned so much from watching her interactions with my dog and from her training me to train my dog.”
17. Alejandra V.
“My dachshund needed a new person to walk him while I was at work. I found Alejandra and had a meet and greet with her. She is very professional and kind. Today she stopped by while I was at work to take my pup for a walk as scheduled. She also sent pictures and provided a summary of how it went and how far they walked. She’s a good one to have to have on board!”
18. Lucy I.
“I can’t say enough about Lucy and the care she gave my cats. I was concerned because my one cat is very timid however, she was able to draw him out and have some playtime with him and make sure he was OK while I was gone. They were both very well kept on their schedule and their litter box was completely clean when I got back. I have used Lucy to pet sit several times while away and would highly recommend her. She even sent me pictures of my kitties while I was away! Can’t go wrong with Lucy. She is very responsible and very much an animal lover.”

About: I have been working with all sorts of animals for as long as I can remember. My family has been fostering cats and dogs for years, and I was always helping out. I started 'officially' petsitting when I was 15. I have experience with all types of animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, reptiles, and more! My family owns a pig, ferret, and other various farm animals. I am comfortable with all ages and sizes of dogs, as well as any ages of cats. I love meeting and playing with new furry friends and can promise your pet will be in the best care! I am currently a student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I have my car with me and can easily get to you! My morning schedule varies based on my class times. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays I have afternoon availability. I am available any weekday from 3-10pm. Fridays and Sundays I am completely free and can visit your pet at any time! I am comfortable with overnight stays at your home! A typical petsitting job for me does include overnight care. I only leave the residence for the allotted times allowed by the owner, and will always tire out your furry friend before leaving/bedtime!
