About: I’ve taken care of puppies and older dogs since I was 12. From baths, to meal times to even giving medication and walks, lots and lots of walks! I work in education and I am off for the summer and during school hours (September to the end of June), I’m done by 230. I am extremely reliable and will come to your house to walk, feed or play with your dog. I am also available to pet sit at your home if needed.

About: My whole life I have been surrounded by animals. I grew up with a Golden and after he passed, my two old girls, a Pyrenees and a Bernese. When these girls were just little pups I fell in love with training and took a few online courses. Now they know how to do a handful of tricks including bowing and jumping through hoops. I even introduced those talking buttons to the Berner when she was about 4 years old! During high school I volunteered at a ranch, which had working dogs like your border collie, and I also worked at a dog ranch. The dog ranch was where I got a lot of experience with dogs really quick. From 3lbs Chihuahuas to 160lbs Great Danes, I’ve managed a lot! Here I would walk the dogs on leash twice daily one at a time. If I wasn’t walking dogs I was either feeding them, giving them their medication, or cleaning. I have also had plenty of experience house sitting. Since I grew up in a small farm town, many of my friends had dogs and cats that needed to be taken care of while they were gone; so I was the lucky one who got to take care of their critters! I grew up in a small town in Alberta (Canada) and just graduated University with a degree in Psychology. I hope to somehow incorporate my love for psychology and my love for animals into a career. I’m not too sure exactly what that would look like, but I am interested in therapy dogs. Currently, however, my goal is to eliminate my student loans. I am working full time but since I am working both day and night shifts I have a lot of days off too. And during those days I hope to take care of some of your pups! My/my parent’s doggos are back in Alberta and I miss them so much. It’s one of the more difficult parts of being away from home. However, I currently live with my brother’s high-energy German shepherd. We play fetch, go on hikes, and if I sit to watch a movie she’ll beg to play but then settle down to cuddle. She’s a great pupper. As for your pups, whatever you and your dog needs I’ll do my very best to accommodate! Walks, cuddles, play time, training routines, etc. you name it.

About: I have loved taking care of dogs my entire life. I am lucky enough to be able to help with my five grand dogs. All very different ages and personalities. I’m currently semi retired and looking forward to doing something that I love. Dogs have always been a part of my life and even when we had five little kids in the house, I knew we still needed a dog to add more love and craziness. Now those kids have dogs and I really enjoy being a big part of their life and care. Best “non paying” job ever. I'd welcome the opportunity to help with you with your pups and make new friends. I would be happy to come to your home and help in any way I can. Anything from sitting with, taking out, walking, running, or just playing playing with your pups. I have experience taking care of multiple dogs at once.

About: Common courtesy and communication is paramount. **Willing to travel up to an hour away. Just because Rover says you are outside my service area it does not always mean you are. I have clients an hour North and South of me. **Necessary update as of 6/21/23** I will require current credit card info be on file at your vet or provided for me in your pet write up ONLY in case of emergency. In the event of an emergency and I could not get a hold of the human, puppies have no pockets to hold a card, the vet required me to pay. I have raised 3 separate RESCUE Rottweilers to be exceptional ambassadors of their breed. I currently do not have any pets since my big boy passed away in 2016. I hope to again one day have my own dogs. Until then I will love YOUR pet. **I DO NOT board animals at my home. Only repeat clients would MAYBE be possible for a very short amount of time.** Clients pets have included many breeds, species for days, weeks. Many Golden Retrievers, Doodles, mixes aka Heinz57s, Old English Sheep dog, lots of kitties, a chameleon, turtles, a bearded dragon, a small bird, fish, Rottweilers, a very challenging but lovable English Bulldog and Huskies one of which was very reactive. Oh and a LOT of house plants! PLEASE NOTE: I am deathly allergic to horses which I am very sad about. Any type of animal requiring LARGE amounts of hay would also be a problem i.e, goats, cows, alpacas I am sorry to say. Small rodent animals requiring hay for food or bedding has not been a big deal. My personnel dogs were very public dogs, parks, events etc. With the ever present fact in mind that as good as my animal was it is still an animal. Never purposely putting them in a situation to be loose (unless at home or a fenced park) or get into anything that could harm them. Read quite a few books/manuals by military working dog trainers in hopes of training a service oriented Rottie. Came very close to passing the Good Citizen certification but my dogs never liked the “stay” part when I had to walk away with my back turned. They just had to be next to me. So close. PLEASE NOTE: I have my preferences set to NOT to show any photos of YOUR pet publicly. I would ask permission first to share. Photos only NEVER infomation of course. My schedule allows me to be available to be in YOUR HOME, with your pets all day/night, unless noted ahead of time and of course trips to the store. I have many types of animals that insist on sleeping in bed just like they do when their people are home which in fine by me. Just take some Benadryl and snuggle on in. I try to stick closely to how the home runs normally so the pets do not have any surprises that can make them anxious. Sleep, food, walks, play time etc. I supervise dogs in their own yard fenced or not. I am very organized and like an outlined idea of their schedule to be written down for me to follow as closely as YOU would.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. I ventured into my very first dog in adulthood 10 years ago with my fur baby, Jax! Even before caring for Jax, neighbors, friends and family relied on me to walk, feed and care for their pets from time to time — I’ve loved every minute of it! I am a medical technologist and mama of 2. My schedule is flexible enough to accommodate those last minute or emergency bookings. Enjoy a date night without worry knowing I can check on your pup! My dog’s walks and potty times are something I am always thinking of! I make sure he gets all the outside time he needs and then some. Sometimes it’s with the whole family and other times it’s just the two of us. Either way he takes in all the smells and gets some energy out!

About: Hi, I’m Shawn! I have spent the last few years working in a professional doggy daycare and boarding facility. While I love animals, I realized that massive, chaotic pack environments aren't the best fit for my philosophy of care—or for many dogs. I transitioned to independent pet sitting so I could give individual animals the quiet, focused, and low-stress attention they truly deserve. Because of my professional background, I am highly trained in dog body language, safety protocols, and keeping pets calm and happy. Your dog will never have to compete for attention or feel overwhelmed here! I do work part time but i am very interested, thoroughly enjoy working with animals and looking to pet sit/walk/board full time!! Thank you! I have a nice big open yard at my home, I do have 3 cats inside my home. In clients homes i always make sure the boundaries and any feeding/medication instructions are clear and precise!

About: My mother owns 4 dogs and I had to constantly care for them while she was away at work. I will do anything for your dog that needs to be done. I love dogs and will consider them like family no matter what happens I feel for every animal that I come across because I do not want them to be in any pain or without things that they need on a daily basis. I hope that you and your dogs will be satisfied with the care that your dogs get each and every day. I never do anything without the owners consent because it is not my place to make the call as were on what the dogs truly need. I keep everything simple for you and your dogs and will not let anything happen to you or your dogs.

About: Hi I'm Irina😊 Animals are my pride and joy. I've grown up around them all my life. From rescuing & raising baby squirrels, to helping train with my friends dogs. I have extensive experience petsitting, and years of professional and volunteer experience working with animals as well. Including local volunteer work at Homeward Bound. I’ve personally rescaled over 6 cats in the past 10 years, as well as fostering a cat currently. I have gained experience working with barn animals including horses, goats, and chickens. So my house is full but I can travel for jobs freely. I have a pretty open backyard but no fence in the front, only a tree blocking the road. I am on a main road in between two restaurants. I can pet sit smalll dogs varying in situation on my property.

About: I've been around pets my whole life they are the best thing ever created. I've had a 3 dogs and about probably 13 cats in total growing up. Animals are my passion. I've always taken care of my fur babies before myself. When it comes to my fur babies - they have been a part of my life for nearly a decade. Whether its my own, families, or friends - I'm always striving to offer my attention and care to making sure our four legged friends are not only taken care of but shown love. I'm blessed that I routinely get to balance my week by reducing the burden on pet parents seeing more of my furry friends! I live in a house with a fenced in back yard and a cat that is a sweetheart. I treat other people's pet like my own.
