About: Hi there! I'm Liz! I am the owner and operator of Critter Care and Rescue! Everyone who knows me, knows that my life revolves around animals! I personally own/foster/rehab dogs, cats, horses, small animals and even wildlife! Professionally, I've worked in the animal field since my first job at a pet boarding facility when I was 17. - I am trained for dog/cat Heimlich & CPR (have successfully used that training to save a dog's life!) - Over 20 years of experience with practically every domesticated pet - Worked for 3 years professionally as a canine trainer - I do wildlife rehab, and have successfully rehabbed and released numerous wild critters! - I fear no species, breed or size! I own my own company - Critter Care and Rescue! This is my full time job, which allows me the freedom to pick up pet care appointments, even with very short notice. I treat every animal I interact with as if they are my own. I am hyper vigilant about safety- whether that is environmental, the animal's health or the body language an animal is showing. I can guarantee that any animal in my care would be protected with my life.

About: I’m excited to care for your pet! I love all animals and even wanted to become a veterinarian! I have a two Siamese cats who are good with dogs. I also have a two year old poodle named Tony. he LOVES to play with other dogs. We go to the Fort Gratiot dog park often! My family growing up raised golden retriever puppies, so I am comfortable with all energy levels! Personally, I am also trying to exercise more so I would love to take your dog for a short or long walk! Any other questions you have, feel free to ask! My pets keep me busy! I also have 9 chickens. I am happy to visit your fur baby anytime of the day! I’m happy to visit holidays and weekends too :). In my home, pets are allowed on furniture and on the bed. Food is given at scheduled times of the day - no free feeding so you would not have to worry about your pet eating other food. I am happy to house puppies and senior dogs. I can take them outside on a leash as I don’t have a fenced in yard. I have two acres on a dirt road in for gratiot.

About: I have years of experience with pets through fostering, facility-based care, and in-home services! I have cared for pets of all ages, from newborn to senior pets. I always make sure to update owners with photos and videos to show how their pets are doing! Pet care is my full-time job. I am available for services Monday-Sunday and am available from morning until night for appointments, and offer in home overnight sitting. I build my schedule to be as open and available as possible to comply with your pets' needs! I carefully follow instructions left by clients and do my best to maintain pets' daily routines. I ensure that any questions or concerns are addressed with the client to maintain pets' comfort and safety.

About: I have had pets my whole life, I watch my family’s dogs when they go on vacation. I love all breeds of dogs and cats. I love taking dogs on walks to get great exercise and to enjoy the nature❤️ I also have horses and experience with multiple livestock animals I’m currently working a casual position so my availability is pretty much fully open to aide in checking on the pets and my availability to service you! I can easily crate your pet if needed, use leashes while taking them to the bathroom and creating a good bond so you and your pup can trust me

I have owned and trained therapy dogs for service in assisted living settings for my career (I owned/ operated assisted living communities in Port Huron, Ann Arbor and Seattle). I have lots of patience and reliability. I am very committed to all pets and have been a supporter of ASPCA for many years. I am newly retired and have a lot of flexibility. We have a blended family of both dogs and cats. So I would love to are for your cat or cats as well. I promise great communication and personalized service to meet and exceed your expectations. About: After trying to find a sitter for my own dog, I realized how expensive dog boarding was. So I wanted to offer people a cheaper alternative. If you are looking for an at home feel kinda stay then this is it! I'm not a professional, but I love dogs. I love playing with dogs, walking them, and giving lots of snuggles. I have always owned at least one dog and have experience with lots of different breeds. I have a gentle voice that even shy dogs open up to me. I enjoy grooming dogs and making them feel special. I am a stay at home mom so your fur baby would have constant care and companionship. I have a pretty open availability and am very flexible. I can provide care in my home or in yours. I have 2 children, a 1 year old and 8 year old, so if your dog isn't comfortable around children I would have to go to your home.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats since I was born. I currently have 2 big dogs and 6 cats at my home. I’ve pet sat for friends and family and sometimes I come over just to see their fur babies. I love going on walks with dogs but also snuggling up on the couch with my babies. I currently have a 8am-4pm job but it’s with family so they are very flexible if I need to leave and come back during the day. I’m currently enrolled in college online perusing a degree in marketing as well. I’m a very gentle person and I have a lot of respect for animals space. I don’t like to rush or make them feel threatened by me. I often however, hit it off very well with pets and love to play with them! I have tons of acres at my home so my dogs like to run free or on a leash if needed.

I do have a fenced in back yard and large dog crate, when I care for your dog at their home they have the benefit of staying in their familiar environment. I believe animals thrive on socialization with people and vice versa!

About: I’ve taken care of & shown all kinds & sizes of dogs since I was 8. Currently only have one dog, but he’s a big boy. I’ve showed Golden, Poms, GSD, husky and our current pet is a Berner/Pyrenees. Groomed all of them too. Also experienced with livestock, so I can handle anything! Grew up with horses, goats, cats and rabbits. Super excited to meet your baby! I am looking to fill some time, so I would be super excited to visit your pet! I’m also very flexible on scheduling as well. I will try to keep your pet to their normal schedule, so even if you are gone, they will not be too upset. I respect your property, and will clean up after the dog & myself to the best of my ability.

About: I’ve taken care of my family pats ever since I was young, always had dogs and cats, I love all of my pets and spending time with them, can’t wait to meet yours and all of their quirks!! I’m only busy one day a week right now, which is Sunday's. Obviously there are days that I’m busy with friends or family or babysitting, something along those lines :) I can’t bring any pets to my home, my pets are shy lol, but of course any special feeding requirements or any special requirements in general, I love to play, keeps me entertained to :)

About: I’ve had pets all my life and I have a love for all animals. I know many dogs through friends and family and I have experience walking and caring for a variety of breeds, ages and temperaments. I used to have two dogs of my own in addition to my three cats, one of which was a Shiba Inu - so I’m used to and can handle dogs that can be reactive or territorial. I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember and I love to spoil and care for them. You can be sure I’ll treat your pets with the same love and attention I would give to my own. I currently have a business I’m starting up so I’m only working part time, as such my availability is varied but generally open. I prefer to sit at others’ homes but would be available to board throughout the week - I have a couple obligations Monday, Wednesday and Friday so just message me and we’ll see what we can work out. As I have three cats any boarding at my home would require the pet to be vetted and to verify they are cat friendly and non-aggressive. For in-home sitting I can provide a walk, feedings and general play and care including letting the dogs out to potty. At my own place I do not have a fully enclosed yard, but I can still take out dogs on-leash, and would provide all the same in-home care as I would sitting. I do have a gate for the kitchen if they needed to be kept separate from the cats. As I rent the dogs must be potty trained, though I understand pee accidents due to excitement and such can happen. In general I offer a safe and friendly environment for your pets regardless of whether I’m in your home or my own, as every animal deserves to be treated with love and care.

About: I have been caring for animals since I was a young child. I started at 9 with bottle baby goats, added rabbits shortly after and have had many others since from from cats, dogs, birds, and Guinea pigs inside to chickens, goats, cows, and ponies outside along with various others. I currently have one indoor cat and one indoor dog, as well as cows, sheep, a pony, and a donkey. I feed all the feral and stray cats that show up at my barn and have learned a great deal about cat personalities from them. I often babysit my daughters three cats and ferret so have experience with caring for multiple pets at once. I work Tuesday thru Friday from 5:00am to 2:30 pm and I have about an hour of taking care of my animals each day. The rest of my time I have free to take care of your pets. I will be respectful of your individual animals personality and offer them as much or little physical attention as they want. I’ll make sure they have fresh clean food and water, keep their litter area clean, and can scoop or completely change out litter as needed.

About: We are a family of dog lovers who will treat your pup just like our own. We love taking our dogs for walks around the neighborhood and then snuggling up with them on the couch afterwards. I work from home, so your dog will be home with me all day. I like to take breaks for walks. We have one friendly dog who will also keep your dog company. Your dog will be in the home with our family and dog. We have tie-outs in the back yard for potty breaks plus a very walking-friendly neighborhood.

About: I’ve animal sat for lots of family & friends, I have animal sat snakes, chinchillas, cats, dogs, guinea pigs, fish, and lizards! I love all animals, and even if I haven’t taken care of a certain animal, I am willing to educate myself on how to take care of them. I do currently work full time and go to school part time. I’m available on weekends at any time, during the weekdays I’m available before 2:30 and after 11pm I’ll always be outside with a dog when it comes to using the restroom just to make sure nothing happens, if your dog isn’t good with other dogs I’ll ensure that we go to the park when there’s no other dogs, or if I’m walking and another dog is coming I’ll just go to the other side of the sidewalk.

About: I have taken care of family members', family friends', neighbors', houses, pets, and children since I have been in high school and I am now a 2023 graduate from Central Michigan University. I have taken care of senior pets, both cats and dogs, for several days at a time. I am comfortable with giving medication and tending to any other special needs your fur baby may have. I am also comfortable with taking care of several pets at once, as I regularly stay at a household with 6 pets in the home (4 dogs and 2 cats). I have a dog of my own and I strive to care for others' pets as they are my own. I am currently a nursing student at Oakland University. I am in the accelerated program and my schedule changes every 6-7 weeks. Until 4/16, I have 12 hour clinical days at Troy Corewell on Thursdays and Sundays and class 3 days a week ending at 2 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, then 10:30 AM on Tuesdays in the Auburn Hills area. I am also available in the Macomb and St. Clair areas. I am completely comfortable with staying in the home with pets to keep them on their routines in a familar environment. I have stayed one night up to 2 weeks, so I am flexible with whatever you or your pets may need. My dog loves to play with other dogs, so I can introduce them if requested.

About: Other than my own dogs (2 huskies and a Rottweiler/Shepard mix) I have cared for several dogs and cats for years. I have done drop in walks for two dogs and overnight cat sitting. I also worked at a dog kennel when I was a teenager, though that was many moons ago I know your pet will get the very best care on my watch! I had a cleaning company before Covid but have always been in love with dogs and cats. I have two older children who don’t need me as much and can’t wait to start this journey into pet care. I am available Mon, Tues, We’d, Friday and every other Thursday all day for your pet care needs. Having 2 huskies I know the importance of making sure your pet is secure whether that’s in your yard or on a walk. Also making sure there’s nothing left out for them to get into when I leave your home!

About: I’ve watched friends, family, and neighbors pets since I was 11! I love watching, playing, walking, and bathing dogs! I have always been trusted with those I help and you should too! I am currently a part time student at Lansing Community College, so my weeks are very open to staying with your pets all day if needed!! I also am available for walks during the day or just stopping by to play and let them out!! I am staying with family who have two dogs that aren’t fully dog friendly so my services would only be available at your house only!

About: I currently work at an upscale doggy daycare/boarding facility! :) I’ve also had dogs and cats and other pets growing up. I want to pursue a career in dog grooming and am currently in school to get certified. Many of my neighbors and family members rely on me to take care of their animals while they are away, I’m a very dependable and trustworthy person. Pet care is my weekly routine! It’s very important to me that animals get the care they deserve, everybody I know asks me to watch their animals while they’re on vacation because I am trustful and know to take it seriously! Right now, I have three cats and sometimes my family dog. Two of my cats are on medication‘s that I have to give them every day and my dog I take on many walks, bathe him and do his nails when he’s with me.

About: As long as I can remember, I've had a passion of caring for animal's. Growing up I had all sorts from bunnies, to a horse, dog's, cat's. This world would be a dark place without the warmth of an animal's love, their always there for you through thick an thin. And I believe we should always be there for them, giving them the best care.
