“Dani was outstanding with our pets and sent pictures of updates, really appreciated how quickly they bonded with her. Dani was a referral from friends who have used her services and we see why they liked her.”

2. Lori S.

“This is Harry's 3rd staycation with Lori S. She is patient, gentle, kind & loving. With his body/face reaction, Harry is obvious if he likes you or not. Harry definitely loves Lori S.”

3. Eric B.

“It was my first time using Rover and leaving my dog alone overnight. However, Eric and his family made this process very easy for me. They were quick at responding and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them. My dog had a great time at Eric's place. There is a nice fenced yards for dogs to play around. I would definitively recommend them to anyone in the Homer area.”

4. Stanley Z.

“I have only good things to say. I went in a trip for two weeks and I didn’t have to worry once. I got updates and it was easy to set up drop off and pick up times. I highly recommend Stanley for anyone needing someone to watch their pet. He treats them well and gives them lots of love and attention.”

5. Jacy A.

“Jacy was simply amazing! She tended to my dog’s special needs (my dog recently lost her sight), and provided me with updates and pictures of how she was doing. The area for the dogs is fenced in, safe and kept very clean. My dog seemed very happy and comfortable there. Jacy even gave my dog a bath and washed her pillow before I picked her up. I will most definitely use Jacy again!! 🤗”

6. maroesjka p.

“Maroesjka and her family provided a wonderful experience for us. My Merlin stayed in her lovely home for over a week, and he was well looked after. Her home has a nice fenced-in yard, and my Merlin was taken for walks and to the dog park every day. Maroesjka and her family went above and beyond to ensure Merlin's happiness and comfort. For any future trips, Maroesjka will be the first person I contact to look after Merlin. Thank you so much again for your excellent service and loving care.”
7. Tamiko A.

“Tamiko was so wonderful with taking care of my pup, Kingsley! She was so caring and sent pictures during his stay. She also made the outdoor yard more safe and put some plants in front of the gate. She even went over the top and bathe him before we picked him up. I would highly recommend her!”

8. Michelle C.

“Michelle and her family are super nice! Great communication and super quick responses. Super friendly and understanding when we were affected by flight delays. Will surely ask her again for our next trip! Thank you so much!”

9. Jennifer M.
“Jenny has been given the talent to manage and care for others homes and pets. She is very responsible and trustworthy. She always gives attention to detail also because of her experience in many areas of life including professional house cleaning. I recommend her highly. You will be blessed by her service and the pets will love to listen to her sing to them.”

10. Diana S.

“Due to a last-minute family trip, I was looking for a pet sitter for my dog, Lottie. I messaged Diana, and she accepted my request immediately. I liked how she set up a meet and greet to get to know my dog and let Lottie feel comfortable in their place. I was nervous leaving Lottie for the first time, but Diana sent me pictures of Lottie every day during their walks, playing or hanging out inside the house with the other fur babies. Diana also updates me with other stuff regarding Lottie. It made me feel less anxious knowing that she took care of Lottie well when we were away.”

About: Dogs have been in my family my whole life and I was a dog mom for at least 20 years. I know firsthand how our furry BFF’s are FAMILY and how important it is to have trustworthy and reliable care for them when we have to be away. I travel a lot, and by far, pet care was always the #1 stressor in planning and being away! I was always worried if my sweet guy was getting his needs met, was he getting enough attention, If he was struggling emotionally was the person showing him compassion? Our sitter was a genuinely great guy who loved our sweet boy so much, so I knew and trusted he was fine but I still went through these feelings every time! So I can only hope that as a sitter myself now that I can promise you that I will care for you sweet boy or girl as if they were my own family! Because that’s what I loved in my own sitter! My place is only about 10 minutes away from the airport, so it’s very convenient for quick drop-off and pick-up on your way if you’re traveling. I work FT from home M-F so there’s time for a walk before and/or after work, and then I am available for frequent potty breaks throughout the day as needed I have well fenced in yard and are two doors down from a park. The park is tucked away in our community so there’s not much traffic and it’s very safe. I’m sorry, but my yard does not have a sheltered space so I can’t host outdoor pets. I can only host pets who are full-time indoor pets and fully house trained. I do have most basic pet supplies (bowls, leashes, crate for den style napping and an elevated bed, etc.)

12. Jack M.

“Thank you Jack for watching Tendo! We wouldn’t have been able to take our trip without you and Tendo loved his stay with you in the amazing space you have. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy while we were away!”

About: Hello! We’re Chris and Alyssa - we're a pet-loving couple and we both work from home. Our space is a cozy and safe environment, perfect for pets looking for love and care. With our flexible schedules, we can provide plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship. Having grown up with both cats and dogs, we have over 20 years of pet-care experience, including caring for dogs with mobility issues and administering medications. Plus, we’ll keep you updated with photos and videos so you can feel connected while you’re away! During the week, we both work from home. Our pup is free to nap and play around the house in between his walks. On the weekends, we love to take our pup with us on beach trips, hikes or the dog park! We have a small fenced outdoor area, but our pup stays in the house with us. We take him out for 4 walks everyday, but this can be adjusted as needed. We have 3 outdoor cats that hang out on our deck/back patio, but are not allowed in the house.

“Molly was wonderful with our family dog. She was gentle, caring and responsible throughout her life. She has continued the same role with own dog. Molly is hard working and very reliable in any job takes. Sven P”

15. Karin H.

“This was the first time that I left my fur baby with someone other than family so I was a bit anxious. Karin and Andrew were amazing. They took the time to meet us and Bulla and answer all our questions. I left there feeling good! Bulla’s stay there went great. Karin sent pictures and videos and was so awesome in keeping me updated. Karin and Andrew are my go to now! Thank you 🥰”

16. Kaelin M.

“We were very nervous to leave our dog, Odin, for a week's trip. He's a good dog but needs an experienced handler for his big energy! As soon as we met Kaelin we knew he would be in good hands. She is clearly very experienced and knows how to handle the many sides of dog behavior, all with a positive approach! I was able to relax on our trip knowing Odin would be safe and loved while we were away. I highly recommend Kaelin and look forward to working with her again. Thank You!”

About: Apart from having my own 4 year old Shiba (Kuma), I’ve grown up around tons of dogs. My mom has a german shepherd and a black lab! I used to volunteer at the Humane Society when I was in high school and I even got to foster my own! With having Kuma, my roommate has two cats that i’m absolutely in love with! As a college student, i’m majoring in Biology and i love learning about animals. I can’t wait to meet your dog! Since i’m in college, I have a pretty set schedule as of right now. I’m available all day on the weekends (including friday) and monday and wednesday after 5pm. On tuesdays and thursdays, i’m off around 7pm. Hopefully this isn’t confusing but i’m available most of the days, and all of the days in the evening. I think it’s very important for a dog to get their sunlight and exercise in so i’m happy to take them to a park or walk around the block or even just play with them in the backyard/home! I’m pretty good with routines and pick up on things quickly. I’m good with cleaning up after your pet, whether it’s their poop/pee of just making a mess. Whatever you need me to do, i’m glad to do it!

About: I've been taking care of animals all my life and couldn't imagine my life without their companionship. I love all animals and respect their boundaries. Over the past 39 years I've had 7 Basset Hounds and each one has had their own unique personality. For 20-years I volunteered for Basset Hound Rescue of Southern California as a supporter, transporter, foster, home inspector, and fur-ever home for ones that couldn't be re-homed. My experience ranges from newborn to an animal's final moments before crossing the rainbow bridge. I understand the patience and compassion needed for senior animals and animals with special needs. My husband and I work from home, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I do prefer advance notice so I can plan around my two dogs. Please provide clear instructions on your animal's routine and needs. My top priority is to provide the type of love and care your animal needs in order for them to have a stress free experience.
