I have experience with young dogs and old dogs as well as dogs that are not too easy to handle with other dogs or on leash etc. I do have a 2 year old child who is very loving and will want to give your furry friend hugs and kisses. I ask that your pet is good with children! I also have a social kitty who loves to play but also understands boundaries. I work part time in the evenings so I will be home most of the day! If I’m not home my husband will be. There is usually someone always home or never gone for more than a few hours I have a fenced in yard and an extra bedroom that your pet can stay in. Your pet will have free range of the home if desired as well

“Kristen is AMAZING! We were in town last minute for a funeral and needed someone to watch our very anxious dog. We were apprehensive to leave him with a complete stranger, but didn't have much of a choice. Kristen immediately put all of our worries at ease. She greeted Rusty like family! She let him wander around and get aquatinted with the space and her adorable golden retriever. She had us come in and see the house and yard, which has a very solid/ tall fence and space to run around. Throughout the day Kristen sent us pictures of Rusty snuggling with her son and husband, and having a fun time. He was all smiles and tail-wags! About: I have had/ taken care of pets my whole life. I have two small children and I want to show them the joy and love of having a pet in the house while they are still young, but our travel schedule makes a full time fur baby difficult right now. So can we borrow yours? I recently lost my 13 year old diabetic cat that was insulin dependent so I am comfortable administering medications. I am home all day. I work very part time from home and my children (2 and 4) are present in the home with my constant supervision. I have time to walk and love and get to know your pet. Although I do not have a fence at the moment, I am very comfortable walking a dog on the leash or taking them for a run at the local park. I have small children so safety measures have been met in our home. I ask that your pet be calm enough to deal with the little ones.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life, and two years ago I worked with a dog-sitting company—a truly rewarding experience. I love being surrounded by these four-legged friends, and I have a natural ability to communicate with them. I am currently off for the summer, but starting in September, I will be mostly available after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and throughout the weekends. We are currently in the process of fencing our extra-large backyard to ensure that all visiting puppies have a safe, spacious area to play and have fun. In the meantime, I’ll be taking them for walks around the block.
