“Lorrie watched my two pups for 4 days the second week of April. It was apparent from our initial meeting in March that she really loves animals and that she knows her stuff. Lorrie indicated that her previous career was a veterinary technician for many years, which put my mind at ease. Her home is set up perfectly to attend to the needs of the dogs in her care. The home features a large, fenced in yard which allows dogs to get their outdoor time several times a day. She sent me daily text updates which included photos of my dogs. Being 600 miles away, the daily updates were very much appreciated. When I picked up my pups they were happy, healthy and they both gave her farewell kisses. Nice! I highly recommend Lorrie to anyone considering a pet sitter while you are out of town.”

She even helped navigate the app( for first timer like me) and from the beginning of setting up the meet and greet visit to until the last day, she was prompt in communicating, shared pictures and videos daily, followed the instructions. About: My home was set up for an 80lb dog with a fenced in yard and areas around the house. Should be very comfortable for any dog. I’m very attentive to the pets, making sure their needs are met and that they are safe and sound. When I take on a job, my schedule is pretty cleared out for it since I’m a retired person. I can schedule my time around the care of your pet. I care for pets in my home by keeping an eye on them. Taking them out into the fenced yard and walking them twice a day. If they like to play fetch or tug I’ll do that with them too. I keep them fed, watered, exercised and rested.

About: Book with me. To ensure you have the best sitter for your pup, I provide a safe, warming, calm, fun environment when booked for an overnight stay at my place. Constant walks throughout the day. Always keep about two bowls of water around the house and provide daily morning exercise routines (my morning walks/jogs). I do recommend clients/parents to provide food and treats for dogs and keep me aware of any allergies or habits the pup has. I have no problem buying treats or toys as long as it’s okay with the client/parent. This also goes for traveling to clients/parents homes.

About: We’ve taken care of our friend’s and roommates pets (both cats and dogs) for years before adopting our own dog, Gary, 7 years ago! I grew up with lots of animas and had loved them for as long as I can remember. I enjoy connecting and getting to know them, and I strive to make them feel comfortable, safe and relaxed in our home. I also have many years of experience babysitting and working with children, which isn’t too different in some ways. I will treat your dog as lovingly as if it were my own and will make sure to send pictures and videos so you know they are doing well. I am working full time from home, monday through friday, so your dog will not be left home alone for long periods of time. We usually go out for a long walk in the morning, a shorter walk for lunch (depending on the weather 20-30 min) and another long walk in the late afternoon, then a quick pee before bed. I would be happy to follow any rules/recommendations you may have, or answer any questions. I typically don’t let a new dog off-leash unless I am very familiar with them and the owner has explicitly requested that I do so. I am careful with other dogs, unleashed or not, that may approach and respectfully ask other owners to keep their distance if I sense that there is any stress on the part of either dog. Our apartment is child and dog proofed!

About: My home was set up for an 80lb dog with a fenced in yard and areas around the house. Should be very comfortable for any dog. I’m very attentive to the pets, making sure their needs are met and that they are safe and sound. When I take on a job, my schedule is pretty cleared out for it since I’m a retired person. I can schedule my time around the care of your pet. I care for pets in my home by keeping an eye on them. Taking them out into the fenced yard and walking them twice a day. If they like to play fetch or tug I’ll do that with them too. I keep them fed, watered, exercised and rested.
“Kelly was an amazing dog sitter for our 3 pups while we were away for a one week vacation! This was our first time using rover and having our pups stay with someone they had not met before. She took them into her home and cared for them SO WELL. They were so comfortable in her home and she loved on them like they were her own. Kelly updated us every day with pictures and videos which helped keep our minds at ease. She even provided special care for our blind senior dog including her daily eye care routine! “Mike was amazing! 5 stars! We were very unsure about using Rover, as we hadn't used a dog sitting service in a while for our Bella, but Mike was wonderful! Even though Bella can be a little wary of strangers, she warmed up to him and loved spending time with him! She very much appreciated the 3 walks a day Mike was able to give her, and he was even successfully introduced her to another of his friends for additional socialization, just like we talked through. He listened to all of our specific instructions on what to do with her, and he followed through beautifully. Thanks Mike! We'll definitely be bringing Bella back to you again; we trust you 100% with her!!”
About: I let sit for my sister and my god parents all the time! I spent time with their cats and dogs have taken care of them all! They love when they favorite human me watch them and we have a lot of fun together! I work 6am-2:30pm and home on the weekends and every evenings ! I would plan my schedule accordingly to make sure that they are well cared for and that they are not by themselves for any length of time! I would provide a great experience for all of who is involved! I look after them as they were my own and with care and love! They will be fed walked played with care and respect! I look after them individually and as a group and will provide support to them when needed!

“Kevin was great with our Aussiedoodle Kruk. Kruk is 1 years old and very high puppy energy. He kept him busy walked him 3 times a day and took amazing care of him. When we went to pick him up he was happy as can be like we never left! Couldn’t ask for more. We got daily pictures and food updates. I will definitely be using Kevin in the future.”
“Yvette was absolutely wonderful! This was my first time boarding with Rover and it was a great experience. She treated my dog like her own & it was obvious they had a good time! Yvette sent lots of pictures & videos, took my dog on a bunch of long walks and played fetch. She has a great set up in her house with plenty of toys and the perfect backyard for play. “Stella and Sasha had another fabulous stay with Michael. As sad as it was for our family to not celebrate the holidays with our doggies, Michael and his wife made sure to make Stella and Sasha's Christmas and New Year's special! The girls even came home with new blankets. They love these Christmas gifts and use them everyday. We received many pictures throughout the week, which reaffirmed that the girls were happy, content and were well-taken care of. We will be rebooking Michael for our next trip.”
