About: I've been a dog lover my entire life and have owned a Husky, Lab, and Jack Russell Terrier, so I understand how different each breed's personality and needs can be. I'm comfortable administering medications, reinforcing basic training commands, and working with anxious or nervous dogs to help them feel safe. What sets me apart is that I genuinely care about every dog I walk. I don't just provide a service – I build relationships and treat every pet like they're my own. I run my own business from home, so my schedule is flexible and pet care fits right into my day. I can offer morning walks, midday visits, or evening strolls depending on what your pup needs. I also live on base, so if you’re stationed there too, I’m able to get on base easily for walks, no extra coordination needed. Safety is my top priority. During walks, I keep dogs securely leashed and stay alert to our surroundings, watching for other animals, traffic, and potential hazards. I respect your home by following your specific instructions – whether that's wiping paws before coming inside, securing doors and gates, or maintaining your dog's routine exactly as you've outlined. About: To say that I like dogs is an understatement. I’ve owned dogs my entire life, that’s a lot of years and a lot of dogs! Additionally, I was trained as a Level 2 Volunteer in a no-kill shelter in Chicago, providing care in both the adoption center and medical center. I also owned and operated a dog daycare and boarding facility in Michigan, prior to relocating to Key West. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and dispositions. Rest assured, I’m here to help! Please note: I can accommodate boarding females at my home, but not adult male dogs. I do have a fairly a flexible schedule and would love to fill my spare time by continuing my passion of taking care of dogs. I follow your instructions and follow the dog’s lead. I won’t put a dog in a situation they’re not comfortable with, taking whatever time is necessary to build a trusting relationship with your pup.

About: I grew up with a Jack Russell Terrier who lived to be 17 years old, and I currently have a 6-year-old Staffy-Dachshund mix that I rescued when he was under a year old who is my world. Caring for dogs has always been a huge part of my life. I regularly help my neighbors with their fur babies on both weekdays and weekends, and I treat every dog as if they were my own—with plenty of love, attention, playtime, and belly rubs! I love dogs more than people. 😊 I currently work part-time in healthcare, which gives me a flexible schedule to care for your pets. I'm available on weekends, several weekdays, and all evenings, making it easy to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays. I'm happy to work around your pet's routine to ensure they feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for while you're away. I provide care in and near your home, where your pet is most comfortable and can stick to their normal routine. I follow your instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications (if needed), walks, playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of love and attention. About: It would be my pleasure to care for your pet. I am new to Key West, hence my newer profile. I have cared for pets and animals my whole life- in my own home, for neighbors, at rescues and shelters, and for family- for both extended periods of time and drop-ins. I grew up with cats, hamsters, rats, a turtle, my bunny, and my brother even had a sugar glider! My dad was allergic to dogs, but when I moved out on my own, I got my first dog Mars, an incredible husky/boxer/pit mix. He is no longer with us, but now my partner and I have a little Chihuahua mix named Chimi. Throughout the years and the various cities I’ve lived in, I have volunteered at shelters and fostered dogs, cats, and rabbits. I have an extremely flexible schedule, so I am excited to offer my services, especially on weekdays and weeknight or in a pinch! Let me know how I can help your family and your precious pets! I am currently working remotely and on my own schedule, so I have incredibly flexible availability. I would love to drop-in for some quick TLC, a walk or run, playtime, or discuss a longer stay! Unfortunately, we are renting so I cannot host pets in my own home at this time. About: I have multiple years of experience with both housesitting and babysitting, which has helped me know how important it is to stick to feeding schedules, keep spaces tidy, and provide consistent care and companionship. I grew up with dogs of all sizes and breeds, so I’m very comfortable adapting to different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’m patient, detail-oriented, and responsible, and I always make sure to follow instructions carefully so your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for. Excited to meet your pup! I am available after 5pm to watch your pets while you go party! I’ll come to you at your house, resort, rental, etc. and make sure your pet is comfortable, entertained, fed, watered, and gets adequate potty breaks. I am currently completing an internship as well as working part-time, so daytime check-ins are possible but would be quick drop-ins. Overnight availability is 5pm-9am. I provide attentive in-home pet care, maintaining routines, feeding schedules, exercise, and medications as needed! Your pet will be comfortable and safe in a familiar environment while you’re away. Important Notes: -I do not transport your pet in my personal vehicle -I do not board your pet in my home -I do not take your pet off-leash when outdoors at any point, nor purposefully bring them into environments with potentially unfamiliar dogs (like dog parks) These terms are for both my own safety and the safety of your pet!

About: I used to take care of pets when their mommy and daddy went on vacation when I was 14 and I had to taken care of one rabbit, 4 cats and 2 dogs at the same time. It was my dream job. Currenty I don’t work, so I have a little too much free time. Every day except on Tuesdays and Wednesdays I can take care of your pet and of course on weekends as well. :) I provide pet care in my clients’ homes, following their pets’ routines and needs carefully. I offer feeding, walks, playtime, companionship, updates, and a safe, comfortable environment where pets feel loved and secure.

About: I have several family members who have trusted me in the past to take care of their pets. Pets are family, and to some people they are children. In my care they will be treated as such. I am currently stationed on Naval Air Station North Island, and cannot have a pet of my own but would love to take care of yours. I am fully available in the afternoons. I work full time in the Navy but usually get off around 11-12. I can be pretty flexible for your needs as long as I am off of work! Communication is key. Communicate what your pet needs and I will provide just that. I prefer clients home, because your fur baby will feel more comfortable in the comfort of their home. Anxiety is real, especially for animals.

About: We have been living in Mexico for the past few years so that's why you don't see any recent reviews. We are returning to our Key West home in May 2026. Our 2026 Key West availability is mid-May through October. We have a fenced yard and I work at home so around most of the time. Our 3 labs have all passed over the rainbow bridge so this is how we get our doggie love these days. I volunteer with the Key West animal shelter and have also volunteered while in Mexico (those are dogs with a rough life). Both Gary and I are experienced dog owners, and our midtown Key West location is convenient. We are friendly but firm with the dogs and welcome your well-behaved, adorable pooch. We are flexible with drop-off and pick-up hours within reason. We are also super cautious with security and do not leave dogs outside in the yard while we are gone. Get in touch, we would love to hear from you. We have a fenced yard so there's some outside play space. I do not leave dogs unattended outside just to be on the safe side. We are both retired, so we have flexible schedules for playtime, walks, etc. Morning and evening exercise with the dog will be standard, unless you tell us otherwise. Our yard is fenced and we are diligent about never leaving dogs in the yard if we are gone from the house. If we're not there, they are in the house.
