“Very very good! My dogs are hard to attach to new people but they both had no issues with both Brendan and Gaby. Both sitters were very patient, kind, and sweet to by dogs and my dogs seemed to love them. They walked, played, and got along well with their sweet doogie. Beautiful place not all the way into Key West, it was very easy to get to. Would definitely use Gaby and Brendon again. About: I have been taking care of pets since I was 15. Both friends and family have relied on me to-walk, feed, bathe, administer medications and give extra love to their fur babies. Growing up as a child I have always had a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My current experience in pet care is from working at a veterinary clinic and boarding facility so i can proudly say I have extensive experience with dogs from all walks of life. I have befriended anxious dogs who fear human and earned the acceptance of aggressive dogs. I’ve also worked with animals on a strict medical schedule. While I am currently working full time I am able to care for your fur babies before work(8am) during lunch(anywhere from 11am-2pm) or after work (5:30pm). If needed times can be adjusted please let me know at least 72hrs in advance. When letting pets outside I have a routine I like to follow. The most important thing to me is the pets safety so before letting them into the yard for play and or potty time I do check the yard for any misplace objects,iguanas,chickens, anything that could be a potential hazard to the pet. After I’ve deemed the yard clear then we can proceed to playtime or potty time. When on walks I do like to keep a short leash depending on the area in which we are walking if no cars I will loosen the lead so pet can explore more but if cars present I do like to stop/heel if possible.

We will treat your little one as our own! My husband and I both work from home so we will spend all day with your pup and we frequently go on walks so they’ll be getting steps in! Since we work from home and take calls for work we are not able to accommodate vocal dogs (ex. Excessive barking, whining, etc.) please keep this in mind prior to booking. We live in a C class rv at Leo’s Campground where there is a dog park on site and we do have a fenced in patio so plenty of outside and play time for your pup(s) 😁

Lots of space for play In good hands, safe space Elder/disabled pet experience with dogs and cats, able to give medicine Message for meet greet Rover is currently my full time gig which helps assure your pet will get the most attention and will be the main priority! This also gives more assurance that your booking won’t be canceled and your scheduled pick up/drop off will be on time. As for safety, trust, and environment, I live with no other pets, no kids, and always make sure nothing is ever left out for a pet to get into. I have taken care of elderly and disabled dogs who have scheduled medication, large dogs who need a lot of strength to be walked, and hyper active dogs that need a lot of exercise! I typically don’t take pets on drives for safety reasons but if you give me the okay I try to bring them to a park/trail that’s at a close distance if they are booked with me for more than a few days. About: To say that I like dogs is an understatement. I’ve owned dogs my entire life, that’s a lot of years and a lot of dogs! Additionally, I was trained as a Level 2 Volunteer in a no-kill shelter in Chicago, providing care in both the adoption center and medical center. I also owned and operated a dog daycare and boarding facility in Michigan, prior to relocating to Key West. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and dispositions. Rest assured, I’m here to help! Please note: I can accommodate boarding females at my home, but not adult male dogs. I do have a fairly a flexible schedule and would love to fill my spare time by continuing my passion of taking care of dogs. I follow your instructions and follow the dog’s lead. I won’t put a dog in a situation they’re not comfortable with, taking whatever time is necessary to build a trusting relationship with your pup.

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was 15. Both friends and family have relied on me to-walk, feed, bathe, administer medications and give extra love to their fur babies. Growing up as a child I have always had a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My current experience in pet care is from working at a veterinary clinic and boarding facility so i can proudly say I have extensive experience with dogs from all walks of life. I have befriended anxious dogs who fear human and earned the acceptance of aggressive dogs. I’ve also worked with animals on a strict medical schedule. While I am currently working full time I am able to care for your fur babies before work(8am) during lunch(anywhere from 11am-2pm) or after work (5:30pm). If needed times can be adjusted please let me know at least 72hrs in advance. When letting pets outside I have a routine I like to follow. The most important thing to me is the pets safety so before letting them into the yard for play and or potty time I do check the yard for any misplace objects,iguanas,chickens, anything that could be a potential hazard to the pet. After I’ve deemed the yard clear then we can proceed to playtime or potty time. When on walks I do like to keep a short leash depending on the area in which we are walking if no cars I will loosen the lead so pet can explore more but if cars present I do like to stop/heel if possible.
About: We have been living in Mexico for the past few years so that's why you don't see any recent reviews. We are returning to our Key West home in May 2026. Our 2026 Key West availability is mid-May through October. We have a fenced yard and I work at home so around most of the time. Our 3 labs have all passed over the rainbow bridge so this is how we get our doggie love these days. I volunteer with the Key West animal shelter and have also volunteered while in Mexico (those are dogs with a rough life). Both Gary and I are experienced dog owners, and our midtown Key West location is convenient. We are friendly but firm with the dogs and welcome your well-behaved, adorable pooch. We are flexible with drop-off and pick-up hours within reason. We are also super cautious with security and do not leave dogs outside in the yard while we are gone. Get in touch, we would love to hear from you. We have a fenced yard so there's some outside play space. I do not leave dogs unattended outside just to be on the safe side. We are both retired, so we have flexible schedules for playtime, walks, etc. Morning and evening exercise with the dog will be standard, unless you tell us otherwise. Our yard is fenced and we are diligent about never leaving dogs in the yard if we are gone from the house. If we're not there, they are in the house.

As for safety, trust, and environment, I live with no other pets, no kids, and always make sure nothing is ever left out for a pet to get into. I have taken care of elderly and disabled dogs who have scheduled medication, large dogs who need a lot of strength to be walked, and hyper active dogs that need a lot of exercise! I typically don’t take pets on drives for safety reasons but if you give me the okay I try to bring them to a park/trail that’s at a close distance if they are booked with me for more than a few days. About: I’ve cared for many kinds of pets since I was a child (geckos, snakes, cats, dogs). I treat everything in my life with the utmost care. I truly feel my work as a boat captain makes me very vigilant and safety minded. I recently spent time studying Gandhian non-violence theory in India and truly believe in the power of love in all things creates a better world.
