“Kelly & James are excellent!!! We had to travel urgently and found them just the previous day. Kelly takes time to understand your pet and their needs thoroughly. They looked after our pet very well and kept us updated with texts and pictures. Our pet is very anxious and takes time to get comfortable with new people but our pet did really well with Kelly & James. They are also very good at understanding each pet's temperament and managing them at the same time. They are passionate and genuinely care for the pets. Our pet enjoyed her stay at Kelly & James!! I would highly recommend Kelly & James and would definitely be a repeat customer!!”

“This was the first time I’ve used a Rover to care for my dog Oaklie. Brenda, the rover, was absolutely fantastic. She took fabulous care of Oaklie taking him on walks, playing with him and cuddling with him. He really enjoyed her fenced in yard as well. He also got along very nicely with her dog and her daughter. She kept me informed of how Oaklie was doing each day. She sent me numerous pictures and I could see how happy he was. Brenda was very trustworthy with him and took great care of him. I am definitely using her again.”

“Rachel is a loving and caring animal lover. I left my dog and my daughter's dog with her for a week. They were well taken care of and enjoyed all the love they got from Rachel and her adult children. Both of her children were also very good with the dogs. Rachel sent me pictures often and kept me informed on how they were doing. The dogs looked like they were having a great time. I also loved that she took them for a walk at least 3 times a day and had a fenced yard. They got along well with Rachel's dogs. I will definitely use Rachel again. She took such wonderful care of our dogs.”
