“Karen did a wonderful job walking our dogs. We have one very high energy dog that can be difficult to walk until he releases energy and she handled him with such ease! Both of my dogs came back from each walk completely exhausted, it was perfect and exactly what we wanted! Karen was so lovely and we look forward to having her walk our dogs again!”

“Katie is amazing!! She handled my pups with care and leaves detailed reviews and good pics. She took them for good walks the past two days and gave them snacks afterwards. 10/10 would recommend her!”

“Jada is FANTASTIC! I'm working night shifts as a medical student on an away rotation and was so nervous about leaving my dog overnight alone. Jada offered to come do a meet and greet the day before. She arrived promptly and my dog loved her. She came for an hour every night to walk him and hang out with him. One night I forgot to feed him and she gave him his dinner. She took lots of pictures and videos which I LOVE. Can't say enough wonderful things about her!”

“Amanda was absolutely wonderful and was incredibly responsive and loving towards our pups, I recommend her greatly!!”

About: I am generally available on short notice in the Murray Hill, Avondale & Riverside area. I have experience caring for pets, mostly dogs and cats; however I am open to any animal with the exception of snakes. In addition to basic care, I have some experience administering medication as instructed. I am dependable and generally available on short notice in the event of an emergency. I am work from home, so I have a very flexible schedule for walks, feedings or visits to your home throughout the morning, day or evenings. In general, I would prefer to care for your pet in their environment; after I get to know you and your pet' I may consider care in my home if needed.

About: I have loved taking care of dogs since I was a toddler. I would walk neighborhood dogs, and shadow veterinarians during the summers for fun. I dogsit nowadays for my friends and family, but now I want to for everyone who needs help. Since my dog died I need a job where I am around other dogs and interacting with them as well. I need to exercise, so what better way than with dogs? I just graduated from college and while looking for a career I can walk dogs in the meantime. I care for dogs by making sure they get exercise, going to the park and throwing fetch! I dog sit for my family members, and I absolutely love it. I make sure the dogs get fed and feel loved.

“Thanks so much maverick had so much fun you did a great job”

About: I've watched, walked and cared for numerous dogs and cats belonging to friends, relatives and neighbors throughout the years. I've volunteered with the Humane Society walking dogs of all breads large and small, young and old. I have experience walking some special needs dogs, even walking a few deaf dogs. Working with the Humane Society provided training above and beyond just checking on others pets. I'm happiest when around animals and feel at peace with them. I will love your pets as if they were my own. I currently have a Chihuahua and a maine coon mix cat both of which are rescues. I grew up always having a cat or a dog and sometimes both. All of my pets have either been rescues I've personally helped to rescue or I have adopted from a shelter. Your home and fur babies will be in caring hands. I will send you daily pictures and updates to ease your mind. I love to get pictures of my fur babies when I'm away and I'm sure you would appreciate that as well. I work Full time and am off on the weekends and Mondays. I'm comfortable taking on a few walks and or home check-ins during my days off. I can also do a home check-in Tues-Friday after 3pm. I will not do late night walks for your pets safety as well as mine. I'm a very trustworthy and responsible individual who loves animals. Your pets security and trust is of the upmost importance to me. I will bring treats and water for dogs during their sniff Safari walks. For home check-ins I will feed, water, entertain and offer lots of love. I will follow any instructions given and am comfortable administering most medications your dog or cat may need. I will also scoop or clean a litter box if needed and pickup any potty mess in the yard when taking your dog out.

About: Hi! My name is Katie. I am an emergency veterinary technician and have worked in animal welfare for the past ten years. I started working with animals in a boarding and day care facility, where I facilitated group and individual play times, and sent daily photographs and updates to pet owners. From there, I went on to work at my local humane society as a veterinary technician for two years, where I gained extensive experience working with cats and dogs with special medical and behavioral needs. For the past six years, I have been a veterinary technician at local speciality and emergency clinics, where I am constantly learning new things and using my experience to give my patients the best care possible. I am very comfortable interpreting animal behavior and assessing immediate medical concerns, and will take the time to be patient and understanding with your animals. I am comfortable administering medication, expressing bladders, preparing special diets, trimming nails, and so on. I am also trained and experienced in animal CPR. I will happily send frequent updates and photographs, whether it is just for a walk or an overnight stay, and will always be mindful to respect your pet's boundaries and make them as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I am currently only working part time on the weekends during the day, so I have open availability during the weekdays/nights to discuss further, and can work with availability outside of my working hours Sat-Sun if needed. While I don’t offer dog sitting in my own home, I do everything I can to provide calm, compassionate care in your home environment. I make it a point to follow your routines closely to reduce stress and keep your cat or dog feeling safe and secure. I always approach animals gently and with patience, especially those who are shy or have medical needs.

About: I am a licensed Veterinary Technician with 12 years of experience caring for pets medical needs. I have taken care of dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and pocket pets. I am qualified to provide your pet with some medical care, monitor their health, give medications, feed, clean, scoop litter boxes, take them on walks, play and give them lots of love. I can also transport them to your veterinarian or groomer when you are not able to. Most importantly , I can give you peace of mind when you are away from them. Whether your pet has typical or special needs, I am here for you. I have 3 cats and 1 dog and have had a variety of animals throughout my life. I am currently working part time in the evenings so can be fully available daily for your pets walking, in home care, medical needs or transportation. Evenings and overnights may be available on request. I do not offer care in my home. I will come to your home where your pet feels most comfortable. I will care for them per you or your veterinarian's instruction.

“So happy to have found Ashley for our two doggos! She’s incredibly kind and our shy pups warmed up to her quickly. On time and very communicative. My husband and I highly recommend her services.”

“Emily was WONDERFUL. She helped us at the last minute when we were anxious about taking Zeus back to a less than great boarding facility. Zeus was happy in every picture she sent and I still don’t how she got him to perk his ears each time. He has been calm since we returned and usually he’s anxious and whining. Love Rover and Love Emily. She will be our pick every time especially for walking Zeus in his raincoat.”

“Kelsey is awesome. I have a super needy guy and she did wonderfully with him.”

About: Hi friends! First let me say, thank you for considering me as a potential caretaker for your fur babies. I take my job very seriously with heart and compassion. I have had a life surrounded by pets ever since I can remember. I have trained German Shepards with my uncle, done volunteer work with kittens and care for three disabled pets of my own currently. I also work at the humane society with many animals in need. At home and work, I am relied on for bathing, feeding, walking, medication and more. I have experience with all ages and temperaments of animals. Thank you for taking the time to review my profile, I hope your needs are perfectly met! My schedule does vary but I am mostly available early mornings and late afternoons however I always keep my calendar updated for so you can get the most accurate bookings. I genuinely care for your pets comfort and believe in treating them with true respect. I am extremely patient and fantastic at deescalating tough situations. I am able to administer medications and crate dogs when needed.

“Our dogs instantly took to her which is always the true sign! We are very picky about who we leave our dogs with and are happy to have met Anna.”

About: Hello! I have been taking care of personal and family pets since around the age of 7. I love taking fur babies on walks and trips to the beach :) I am currently working part time, and from home so it makes taking care of your four legged children even easier! My schedule is super flexible. Unfortunately my yard is not fenced however, the yard is only used for potty breaks. When some exercise is wanted, a walk or a trip to the park usually is best :) I also have tons of toys and cat nip, along with one dog crate and one cat crate if needed.

About: This girl. I'm that person at your party that spends the whole night playing with your dog instead of socializing. And while it doesn't win me friends, it makes me a great dog sitter for your pup. I've got two little guys of my own, Chachi and Mac. I love rescues (and really all dogs tbh) and both my husband and I work from home so we spend a lot of time together. I believe that as much as dogs need food, water, and bathroom breaks, they need attention and love, as well. So, that means I'll be making sure your pets meet their maslow's hierarchy of dog needs. And if those needs include a lot of pets, playing, and occasional treats--I'm your man. I work from home and make my own hours so am available to work around your schedule. Please provide as much advance notice as possible and account for proximity when booking. While I have a fenced backyard, it isn't very large. I don't recommend large excitable dogs that need a lot of outdoor space to stay here. Additionally, as stated before, I have two small dogs. All dogs staying my house MUST BE FRIENDLY.

About: Senior care, kittens/puppies, special needs. I have had animals all my life and connect with them on a different level. I often hear people say that their dog or cat doesn’t like people when they like me. I’m flattered and appreciative of their trust. I understand what that takes & I return it with love. I am a corporate professional, currently going back to school, pursuing my dream of getting a degree in Interior Design. My classes are virtual which gives me a lot if flexibility. I spend my time with my 2 cats and dog while studying. I care for my fur babies like they are my children, because they literally are my kids. I have had several special needs pets, and know how to handle challenging situations. I love to meet new people and their pets. I often find myself stopping to say hello to a random stranger, bonding over their fur baby. It’s the constant connection in my life.

About: I have been pet sitting since middle school and previously worked as a dog groomer’s assistant. I have had pets all my life and care for each and every one as family! I work as a server at a local Thai restaurant which provides me with a very flexible schedule! Available everyday until at least 3pm and can do overnights any time. I grew up with pets and I believe in safety first and following the rules, so I'm well-versed in walking guidelines. Our pets are our family and they deserve great care and respect.

About: Being a dog parent is one of the greatest joys in life. However, it can also be challenging--- especially for working dog parents. Dogs require lots of attention, exercise, some boundaries, and a whole lot of love!! I'm a full time stay home doggy mom. I work from home and make my own schedule. I've always had animals growing up. I have a big fenced in yard and my house is set up for the doggies to feel at home. I am certified in pet CPR and can handle special needs doggies or senior dogs. My house is set up with 2 different areas so depending on how social your dog is depends on where they will be for their stay. Some small dogs are not comfortable with big dogs so I have them their own little living room area. I have extra large fencing around my back yard along with extra fencing for those dogs who might like to dig to escape. I will send pictures and videos of your pet throughout the day. I live in a very safe neighborhood with access to multiple vets offices if needed. Your pets staying with me will not only be safe, but will always be loved and cared for as if they were my own. That is a promise and word I stand by. I work from home and do my own schedule. I do work my schedule around any pets schedules that I have caring for at that time. I am available 7 days a week and can take dogs as early or as late if needed. Also if you are wanting to pick up your pet late after getting back into town...im also happy to work with your schedule. I have a big fenced in yard with lots of toys and a small kiddy pool for those who like to play in the water. I have a big covered porch with out door beds on it for those dogs who like to lay outside and relax unless it's a hot day. The inside is set up so there's different areas for the dogs. If you have a small dogs who does not like to socialize with other dogs, then they will stay in a nice quiet area where they can lay on a nice pink couch. I do have dog beds all over my house for those pets not aloud on the furniture. If your pet is not crate trained I do have areas with dog beds for them to hang out in. If you feel like your dog needs to be in a crate, then I can accommodate them with a crate.
