“Jessie came to the rescue after another sitter we had booked (Allison Y) canceled on us, just 15 hours before our week long trip. She responded to our request immediately and offered a meet and greet at our home since she was out running errands. The drive was out of her way - way above and beyond. It was obvious when we met her, she loved animals. She was genuine, kind, friendly and asked all the appropriate questions. Because we were leaving the next morning, she offered to take our pup with her to save us some time in the morning. She administered medication for our dog Mel and made sure she was comfortable with her 2 dogs. Mel took to her 2 dogs right away with no issues, enjoying runs in their large fenced in backyard. Jessie gave us peace of mind during our trip, sending pictures and videos throughout the day. Pictures of Mel were proof that she was happy and having a good time. “If I could give 10 stars I would, Cynthia was amazing with our dog(Santana the Bulldog), he was well kept in her home, well feed, she is amazing lady as well, very sweet and absolutely followed all of our instructions that we left with her. Santana felt right at home with her, she provided many pictures and sent texts messages everyday to keep us informed, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate person to watch their fur baby, I will definitely call on her again, this will be Santana’s second home.”
