“Ramona was fantastic as a sitter. Great communication, super prompt, genuinely enjoys spending time with your animals, and went WAAAAY above and beyond on a few other things for me that popped up while I was gone. You should have zero hesitation in booking her. You will be getting the best. Thanks again Ramona!”

About: I’ve been a vet tech since 2023 and I also previously worked for Petco for 2 years and I have experience working with both dogs and cats. I have cared for all ages of animals and I have thorough experience caring for animals with all sorts of special health needs like diabetes, severe arthritis, severe allergies, hyper/hypothyroidism, cancer etc. I have only pet sat for friends animals and cared for hospitalized animals, but I am looking to branch out and care for your animals at home as well! I’m working full-time as a vet tech in Marietta but I live in the Woodstock area of Georgia. I work Mondays-Thursdays from 7:30am to 5:30pm and I will typically make it home to Woodstock by 6:15pm. I am off typical Friday-Sundays with the occasional Saturday shift of just 7:30am to noon. I am willing to care for pets on the weekends and before and after my work shifts. I will always do my best to care for your pet exactly how you typically will care for your pet yourself! As long as it fits within the time frame that I am able to swing by! On the weekends and after shifts, I am willing to spend extra time with your pet to give them love and socialization when you are away. If able, I would love to do a meet and greet with your pet while you are present to make sure we are a great fit!
“Diana was wonderful and thorough! I felt completely at ease leaving her with the care of my cats. The updates/photos each visit were very nice and everything was left clean and in order. I would book again!”

“Definitely would use Lauren again! One of my dogs is anxious especially when we leave but he was great with her. They both got a good walk during their visit. Made our trip out of town much easier knowing she was with them. Thanks again Lauren!!!”

“We had a last-minute emergency and needed a cat sitter on incredibly short notice, and Melissa absolutely saved the day! From the start, she was completely reliable and arrived right on time, which gave us immense peace of mind during a stressful situation. Our cats are used to having someone around all the time and can get quite lonely when left alone. They can also be a bit shy, but they must have felt comfortable with her instantly because they didn't hide at all! Instead, they came out to play, interact, and spend time with her. On top of taking excellent care of them, she went above and beyond by sweeping up the litter they tend to kick onto the floor. We couldn't be more grateful for her help and will absolutely be keeping Melissa in mind for our future sitting needs. Highly recommended!”

“Sherri was wonderful. She was always on time and took great care of our pets. She sent us pictures of our them on every visit. We are grateful to have found her and will definitely use her service again when needed.”
“Sunny is the BEST! She was flexible with our schedule changes and incredibly kind. She is very knowledgeable, prompt, trustworthy, and has a true heart for animals! We will definitely be using her going forward, and highly recommend to others.”
About: Hi! I'm Nora, and caring for animals isn't just my job—it's something I genuinely love. I treat every pet as if they were my own, providing the same patience, attention, and compassion I'd want for my own family. I'm a graduate of the University of Georgia and currently work full-time as a Hospital Team Manager in a veterinary hospital, with over six years of experience in veterinary medicine. My background allows me to recognize signs of illness, safely handle pets of all temperaments, and provide knowledgeable, attentive care while you're away. I've been pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors for years and also spent two years working for a professional in-home pet-sitting company in Athens. I've cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, cows, fish, turtles, and more. As an equestrian with over 15 years of horse care experience, I'm also comfortable caring for equine companions. I have extensive experience with puppies, kittens, senior pets, and animals with medical needs. If your pet requires medications, injections, subcutaneous fluids, or other at-home treatments, I'm happy to discuss their care plan and make sure they're comfortable and well cared for while you're away. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets. I'll keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pets are safe, happy, and in caring hands. I can't wait to meet you and your furry (or feathered!) family members! I work full-time at a veterinary clinic, and my schedule can be unpredictable, causing me to work through lunch or stay late. My availability during the week would be: Monday: Early morning (6-6:30am); Evening (6:30-9:00pm) Tuesday: Early morning (6-6:30am); Afternoon (2-4pm); Evening (5-9pm) Wednesday: Early morning (6-6:30am); Evening (6:30-9:00pm) Thursday: Early morning (6-8am); afternoon (11-4pm); Evening (5-9pm) Friday: Early morning (6-6:30am); Evening (6:30-9:00pm) Please ask for specific weekend availability, but I am typically available for early morning, later morning, afternoon, and evening visits :) With over 15 years of pet-sitting experience and more than six years of professional experience in veterinary medicine, your pet's safety and well-being are my top priorities. I'm experienced in administering medications, caring for senior pets, and recognizing signs of illness or injury that may require veterinary attention. Every visit includes attentive, compassionate care tailored to your pet's needs, along with fresh food and water, potty breaks or litter box care, exercise and playtime, and plenty of love. I'm also happy to bring in mail, water plants, and perform other small household tasks to help keep your home looking lived in while you're away.

“Suzie has been so awesome looking after our 3 girls. This is a big task these days as my 2 cats and my husband’s 1 cat are still integrating! Many thanks to Suzie for giving us peace of mind while away!!🤍”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Kellogg Creek
Markia did a wonderful job with my cat Norman, especially for it being her first time with him. She was very communicative throughout the entire process and followed all of my instructions carefully, including taking extra care with his food, Norman has no teeth, so his dry food needs to be softened with hot water, and she prepared it perfectly, even better than I usually do. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like putting out catnip for him, and I was pleasantly surprised that Norman came out for her, which says a lot given how shy he is. I would definitely book her again!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Kellogg Creek. On Rover:
- 94% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 98% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
