From the start, she was completely reliable and arrived right on time, which gave us immense peace of mind during a stressful situation. They can also be a bit shy, but they must have felt comfortable with her instantly because they didn't hide at all! Instead, they came out to play, interact, and spend time with her. On top of taking excellent care of them, she went above and beyond by sweeping up the litter they tend to kick onto the floor. Markia did a wonderful job with my cat Norman, especially for it being her first time with him. She was very communicative throughout the entire process and followed all of my instructions carefully, including taking extra care with his food, Norman has no teeth, so his dry food needs to be softened with hot water, and she prepared it perfectly, even better than I usually do. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like putting out catnip for him, and I was pleasantly surprised that Norman came out for her, which says a lot given how shy he is. I would definitely book her again!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
