Once again, Susan is perfect! When we decided to go out of town for a couple days I had about one second of anxiety over our cats before I remembered to book with Susan. She takes wonderful care of them and sends updates that always make us smile! I got my new favorite picture of one of our cats out of this trip!
Chloe was more than exceptional! We have two diabetic cats that need insulin shots twice a day and were very worried to leave them for our vacation. Chloe put us at ease after her first visit. Pics say a thousand words and seeing our two cats look so happy helped us enjoy our vacation so much more. Chiamaka did a great job with taking care of Challa! During our meet and greet, she did not actually get a chance to meet him as my cat can be scared of strangers at first but looks like Challa started to warm up to her nicely! I especially appreciate her flexibility to add on additional visits last minute. When I came back, the cat area was clean and litter box in good shape so she did exactly what I requested. Markia did a wonderful job with my cat Norman, especially for it being her first time with him. She was very communicative throughout the entire process and followed all of my instructions carefully, including taking extra care with his food, Norman has no teeth, so his dry food needs to be softened with hot water, and she prepared it perfectly, even better than I usually do. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like putting out catnip for him, and I was pleasantly surprised that Norman came out for her, which says a lot given how shy he is. I would definitely book her again!
