About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats for over 20 years, pets are my passion! I am also a former Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp Manager for a national chain and have extensive experience handling dogs, cats, and small pets of all sizes and breeds. I am currently accepting small and medium sized dogs for in house day care and overnight stays. I specialize in small and delicate breed types, not usually suited for kenneling or vet boarding. All fur babies will be treated as family members while here! They can sit on the couch, sleep on the bed, and watch TV with us just like at home. Some larger "gentle giants" can be considered on a case by case basis, just reach out. I believe pets are family! All pets in my care are treated with loving and gentle guidance using only positive reinforcement. All dogs will remain on leash the entirety of their walk. We have a fenced in area off the back patio for bathroom breaks with wood chips as ground coverage. No grass of any kind for the safety of those pets with grass and skin allergies.

About: I'm an animal caregiver with 5+ years of experience with all types of animals including exotic pets. I also have Veterinary Assistant education! Im currently a Pharmacy Technician so i do have medication knowledge. I've raised and had many animals since the age of 10, I currently have cats, dogs, exotic animals and reptiles! I have experience with medication management reactive dogs, high anxiety management, senior care for cats, dogs and of course puppy care! I would love to have the opportunity to get to know you and your furry companion🐾. Pet care fits amazingly into my schedule, as I do have a full time job but i have plenty of time before, after and even during to care for your furry companion. I care for your pets the same way as mine, mine are spoiled rotten and get lots of attention and care. During my time in your home you can expect your pet to be loved, well fed and of course always safe. They'll get ample amount of time to use the potty outside, plenty of time for playtime and of course a resting period.

About: I just graduated from Radford University and I’m back home in Charlottesville. Over the years I have had many animals including, dogs, cats, fish, a bunny, and hamsters. I love being around animals and making them happy and their owners happy too. I have always had a passion for animals and what they bring to a family. Getting animals throughout my life has brought a lot of joy into my family, especially during hard times with Covid. Having a special furry friend to play with and have around the house is truly something special. I am a very active person and love to be outside. I definitely would love any animal that I walk or pet sit! I also work part time at the boys and girls club in the mornings so I have plenty of time during the day to be as present as needed with an animal. I love going on walks and I have a dog park right up the road from my house which is always good for the dogs who like to socialize

I’m not quite ready to adopt again just yet, so I’d love the opportunity to give your pets some extra love and attention! My Experience: I cared for my own dog, Kirby, for 12 years, taking care of his daily walks, meals, playtime, and everything else that came with being a pet parent. He passed away in 2024, and caring for other people’s pets has been a wonderful way for me to keep animals in my life. Professional Experience: In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve spent over 5 years caring for dogs and cats for friends, family, and clients. I have experience with pets of many different breeds, sizes, and ages, including pets with additional medical, behavioral, and daily-care needs. I have a doggie door for the emergency potties and I enjoy training so that can be part of the routine. I have a fenced in yard and I am able to provide mental enrichment as well as physical walks/Sniffari adventures and I have personal pups to keeps your busy! I have the ability to crate and even do drop bys at your house if needed.
