I grew up caring for a variety of pets, including cats, fish, rabbits, and chameleons, giving me a well-rounded understanding of different animal needs. For the past five years, I’ve cared for medium to large dogs, and they hold a special place in my heart. I treat every pet like family, ensuring they receive love, attention, and plenty of exercise. I’m happy to take dogs on walks around the neighborhood, hikes in the mountains, and fun outings to dog parks and beaches—always prioritizing safety and their comfort level. I’ve taken dog training classes and only use positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior. Whether your pet stays with me or I come to you, I strive to provide a stress-free, fun, and loving experience for both you and your furry friend. I work full-time, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, so pets in my care should be comfortable being alone for up to 8 hours. However, I ensure they get plenty of exercise, attention, and potty breaks before and after work. Well-behaved and/or crate-trained dogs may be able to accompany me to the office, but this depends on their temperament and how well they fit into my work environment. On weekends and evenings, I have more flexibility for walks, playtime, and extra cuddles to keep your pet happy and comfortable. I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment for every pet I care for. In my home, pets enjoy a secure, fenced yard for safe outdoor time, along with plenty of attention, play, and rest. I follow owners’ routines closely, ensuring pets feel at ease with familiar food, walks, and care. In clients' homes, I respect their space and maintain consistency in feeding, exercise, and companionship. About: I recently decided to take a break from the 9-5 life and instead spend my time doing what I love, which includes being around animals! I am a firm believer that pets are a member of the family and because of that I know how difficult it can be to entrust them in someone else's care especially when traveling or if you have an exotic animal. I not only have ample experience pet sitting for family and friends but I have personally owned a wide variety of "fur-babies" at all ages. About: Going on vacation should not be stressful for you or your pet. Your pet will enjoy their own mini-vacay with me! I enjoy creating interactive games or adventures outdoors. I worked 3 years emergency veterinary medicine and 2 years as a vet tech so I know what to look out for and can also provide special needs if your pet requires it. I have experience in training dogs also, so I can keep up with whatever your training plan is if your pup is still in training! I make healthy homemade training treats so I will share those and make them feel spoiled. If your dog is up for it, I would love to take them to hang out with friends' dogs, hiking, running, or some beach fun. It is best to keep a dog on a similar schedule that they are used to so please let me know what your dog's routine usually is. Please let me know if your dog is or isn't friendly with other dogs. I also have experience with cats and have had rabbits for 12 years so I can help no matter what your fluffy family is! Ask me about multiple pet discounts! *Limited experience with whelping and rearing puppies under 8 weeks. About: I have had pups my entire life. I am an absolute animal lover. We currently have 2 spoiled frenchies that love having playmates come over. We have a large fenced in yard so they get plenty of playtime outside as well. I am a personal trainer as well. I am home most of the day because my clients come to train in my home. When I do have to leave for something, someone is typically home. Our pups are rarely ever alone. We have a large fenced yard but also love to take walks if you pup likes to get out. Extremely detail oriented and responsible. I take care of our little visitors as I would someone in my family. I send plenty of updates and photos to ease your mind when away.

About: ❤️ Aloha! I'm the biggest animal lover & I treat them all with the upmost respect, love, compassion, empathy, admiration & affection. ❤️ I have been around dogs since I was a baby. We always had dogs in our household growing up. When I was 18 years old I was able to have my own dogs.😊 Since then, I have had 1-4 dogs at a time in my home. I have 19 years of experience working with animals that have been abused and neglected. My first two rescues were treated terribly and were very afraid of people. I was able to work with them through their trauma with patient, empathetic support and care. Under my care, they both recovered completely and were the most friendly, affectionate, loving dogs to humans and all animals until the day they passed away 🥰 One of my first dogs had bad arthritis and bad allergies. I modified his diet to reduce his allergy flare-ups and modified his activity to reduce his arthritis pain. It was very important to me to ensure that he could live the best quality of life. He unfortunately also had a deformity on both of his hind legs and he blew out both of his back kneecaps. He needed surgery on both legs. I took care of him after each surgery. I stayed home with him 24/7 and administered his medications 2-6 times a day. I helped him walk in a sling & I performed 3 months of physical therapy on/with him, three times a day and I gave him lots of patient love and support during his treatment. I had another dog who also blew out one of his knee caps after he tripped on a rock. I took care of him as well. One of my older dogs was diagnosed with a rare, advanced stage of aggressive terminal bone cancer. I was able to make his final days as comfortable as possible and administer his medication daily. My most recent baby that passed away in July had an enlarged heart, bad arthritis, was going blind and had cancer. he was on a limited exercise regiment & daily medication. He also was born with a deformity in all four of his legs and was prone to ACL tears in his knees. He had to have surgery on both of his hind legs because of bad ACL tears. I took care of him during both of his surgeries and did all the physical therapy necessary to get him well. I am a huge animal advocate and I do not see animals as just animals. I see them as Beautiful Souls just like you and I. Souls that deserve to be treated with all the love and respect in this world.🥰 My dogs are my kids and I have always treated them that way. I do not see them or treat them any differently. I believe that they should be really enjoying life!! In the last 19 years I have made it a point to take my dogs to different locations for a walks to give them new experiences. ❤️ I take them to different beaches, different parks & different neighborhoods. I take them for car rides & anything else fun they can do outside the house! I feel it is only fair to let them experience their best life and experience new places and new smells! All of my dogs were very young puppies when I adopted them. I have 19 years of experience with training puppies in a very compassionate, constructive, patient and understanding way. I have house trained, potty trained and Leash trained all of my dogs. I understand the importance of getting a puppy to exert a lot of energy throughout the day so they don't chew up your house/or your personal belongings. Play time is so crucial for puppies and I have always spent endless hours throughout the day encouraging important play time like chasing balls, playing tug of war, swimming, hiking or just playing with other puppies or dogs. ❤️ I absolutely LOVE and adore dogs. I have such a strong connection with them on such a different level. They're my soul family! I have a huge soft spot in my heart for all animals and I have always been a very big advocate for the compassionate treatment of animals. I am a huge advocate against animal abuse and animal mistreatment of any kind. I never get physical or put my hands on them in any way. I believe love, patience, understanding, kindness, support, empathy, and compassion go a long way when training and taking care of animals. I am a vegan for this reason because I feel animals need a voice and need love and support in this world. But don't worry, I do not look down on anyone that is not vegan. I am not one of those pushy, overbearing vegans! I am only vegan because I believe in the equal treatment of all animals. 🥰 I have raised many well-behaved, beautiful dogs that I cherish so much. I've had dogs the last 21 years consecutively so pet care is a normal part of my daily routine I have a beautiful, clean & cozy 4 bedroom home with a fully enclosed backyard. I live at the end of a quiet street. I have a dog door the fur babies can use to come in and out as they please throughout the day and night. I allow babies on the furniture and let them feel right at home & part of the family. When staying in your home, I allow them their normal routine, sleeping arrangements, toys etc., to make their days feel as comfortable & normal as possible while you're away. Lots of cuddles and play time are always a must with me in my home and in yours (if your baby is into that type of energy).

About: While I did not grow up with dogs in my own house, I loved going to friends and family’s houses and playing with their dogs, dog sitting, and have lived with many dogs at this point in my adult life. I am patient, caring, observant, and pay attention to detail. I will love your pet like one of my own, so much so that they may not want to leave! I am a full time physical therapist, but I have three day weekends so I am available Friday, Saturday, Sunday anytime for boarding, walks, visits, etc. On other weekdays, I am free to stay with your dog from 7pm onward until 8am the next morning if needed. While I do not have a yard, I live across the street from Kailua District Park and have plenty of grassy common areas in the condo area as well.
