She is extremely reliable, and takes her job very seriously, and does it with a very warm disposition. Our dog Lanie is older, and we wanted someone who would understand her needs. Barbara really delivered. She's like a dog whisperer. We received updates and pictures everyday, and Lanie was happy, well rested and given EXCELLENT care while staying with Barbara and Chewy. Her dog Chewy has a great personality too, and was a lovely companion for our dog to hang out with. She covered every aspect of Lanie's care with us beforehand in detail, and I have never been more at ease with leaving Lanie with her. We've had a lot of boarding experiences over the years, and Barbara is hands down, simply the BEST!
