“Marissa is so sweet and great with the boys. They are always so excited to see her, and you can tell that she cares about them as well. I always feel comfortable leaving them in her care.”

“Sharon is so amazing and loving with the boys, and they love her. After TJ was hurt at home and I needed a vet appointment ASAP, she took the boys to the vet for me since I had to work, and gave him all his meds and took such great care of the boys! My highest recommendation!”

About: Hi! I’m Julianna, and animals have always been my people- dogs especially. I’m college educated with a background in psychology, and my hands-on experience includes working as a veterinary assistant and training under the animal behaviorist at Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control, where I developed a real eye for canine body language and communication. I know what a relaxed dog looks like, what an anxious one needs, and how to read the subtle signals in between. I have a particular soft spot for senior dogs. I’ve loved and owned a few myself, navigating medications, mobility needs, and the extra patience and tenderness that comes with caring for an older animal. If your senior pup needs someone who genuinely gets it- I do! I believe every dog has its own personality and pace, and I’m never in a rush to push past what they’re comfortable with. Whether your pup is confident and social or a little shy and particular, I’ll meet them wherever they are. Outside of time with animals, I’m happiest outdoors- hiking, backpacking, and camping are my reset buttons, so a long walk or an adventure with your dog is genuinely my idea of a great day. When I’m not with dogs, I’m usually with my cat Harry, who has made it very clear that he runs the household. So yes, I’m also fully vetted by a feline. I originally joined Rover in 2018 and am just reactivating my account after an extended hiatus. While I’m rebuilding reviews here, my background speaks for itself- and I’m happy to do a complimentary meet and greet so you can see firsthand how I interact with your pet before committing to anything. I’d love to meet your dog and earn their trust — and yours 😊🐕🐾❤️ Pet care fits naturally into the rhythm of my day rather than feeling like an add-on. I keep a flexible schedule that allows me to be genuinely present and attentive- not rushed between commitments. Whether it’s a morning walk, midday check-in, or an extended stay, I prioritize showing up consistently and on time. Animals pick up on stress and distraction, so I make a point of bringing calm, focused energy to every visit. Every pet and household is different, so I always start by learning the specific routines, preferences, and needs of each animal before anything else. I follow your pet’s established schedule as closely as possible- familiar routines reduce anxiety and help them feel secure in your absence. I’m comfortable administering medications, managing special dietary needs, and handling the extra care that senior or high-needs pets require. Your home and your pet’s comfort are always treated with the same respect I’d want for my own ❤️
“We booked doggy day care with Larisa for our golden retriever on a recent visit to the area. Larisa was great -- responsive and clear communication, confident and knowledgeable even with our high anxiety dog, and flexible as our plans changed unexpectedly. Our dog was happy and rested well on the several hour ride back home. We will definitely reach out to her again on our next trip to the area.”

“Gail was a wonderful sitter for our dog, Bella. She gave her lots of attention and love. We highly recommend her services. She was very flexible as well. This was our first time booking through Rover and Gail was a fantastic dogsitter. If we travel to the area in the future with our dog we will definitely reach out to Gail again.”

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve grown up with small dog breeds and have cared for them at every life stage—from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need extra patience and gentle care. I currently care for a senior pup of my own, so I’m comfortable administering medications, keeping a consistent routine, and watching for signs of discomfort or anxiety. In addition to dogs, I’ve also looked after cats, birds, rabbits, and even reptiles. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and needs, and I take the time to make sure each one feels safe, happy, and cared for. What sets me apart is the personal connection I build with animals. I treat every pet like family, making sure they feel loved and secure while you’re away. I’m currently a part-time student and not working a full-time job, which gives me a very flexible schedule. This allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to caring for pets like dogs and cats. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, feedings, or just keeping them company, I’m available to provide reliable, loving care when you need it most. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping their routine as familiar and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medication, and any special care your pet may need. I also make sure to give them plenty of attention, playtime, and affection so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I treat your home with respect and always leave things clean and tidy.

About: I’ve had a dog for 15 years and have taken care of many of my friends, family’s and neighbors dogs as well. I’ve always gotten good reviews and really enjoy spending time with the pups whether it’s feeding them, walking them or playing with them. My schedule is pretty open right now, so I’m very flexible with walking and feeding and boarding. I always prioritize taking care of animals before I attend any other plans. I have a fenced back yard all around with lots of trees for the pups to play in. I also keep small things out of dog’s reach that could be potential chewing or swallowing hazards.
“Christy was awesome! She was very responsive and kept us updated throughout the day! Our little Pickles clearly had a fun day and was loved on so much by Christy! Thank you so much!”

“Giselle is a sweetheart. As soon as we turn down her street Zoe starts to get excited. Giselle’s main priority is to make the dogs feel loved, keep them active, and give them a beautiful clean environment. Zoe is so content with Giselle and that means everything to me. If you want the best for your dog, look no further. Marjorie A.”

“Gema has a nice home and furnishings for dog boarding and day care. Wrigley was the only dog under Gema's care today and he obviously had a nice time with her. We would us Gema for future engagements.”

About: My boyfriend and I have a 4-year-old Golden Retriever and a 5-year-old Blue Heeler who both mean the world to us, and we have tons of experience caring for dogs. Trust me to look after your dog while you're away for the weekend or even a week! Walking dogs is already a regular part of mine and my boyfriend's daily routine, thanks to our 2 dogs. We are outside most of the day with the dogs and help out a lot of families in our neighborhood with their animals! I live in a 3 bedroom apartment, just a short walk from a dog park and a large lake with a walking trail. Me and my boyfriend's dogs are very active and love spending time outdoors. We frequently hang out with my friends who have other dogs, so they get plenty of interaction with other animals.

About: have lifelong experience caring for dogs, starting with growing up alongside a yellow Labrador, where I learned daily responsibilities like feeding, walking, bathing, and exercise routines. In addition, I’ve taken care of my girlfriend’s dog many times, including walks, feeding, and overnight care. This has helped me become comfortable with different personalities and behaviors, as well as following specific owner instructions closely. While I may not have professional kennel experience, I bring real, hands-on, consistent care experience that comes from years of personal responsibility with dogs. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give your dog consistent attention throughout the day. Because I live right on the intercoastal, I’m able to take frequent walks in a safe, scenic environment and easily incorporate regular outdoor time into my routine. Your dog won’t be left alone, and I’m able to adjust my day around their needs—whether that means extra walks, playtime, feeding schedules, or just companionship. I focus on making sure each dog feels comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for while you’re away. I also provide updates so you can stay informed and at ease knowing your pet is in good hands I live in a large one bedroom apartment so your pet has plenty of room to roam and a very comfy couch to lay out on
“I booked Ada very last minute but she was still able to accommodate my puppy. She took my dog to the beach with her two doggies and my dog had a blast! When I came to pick her up, she gave me a rundown of how her day went. Very comfortable with leaving my dog with her.”

About: I bring genuine enthusiasm and reliability to every pet I care for. With my afternoons and evenings consistently available, I'm there when most pet owners need help- during the workday stretch when dogs need a break and that important evening routine when you're stuck at the office. What makes my approach different is that I truly pay attention to each pet's individual personality. Some dogs need a high-energy adventure walk, while others prefer a leisurely stroll with plenty of sniff breaks. I adapt to what makes your pet happiest and most comfortable, not what's easiest for me. I'm observant and communicative. If I notice anything unusual- a change in appetite, energy level, or behavior- I'll let you know right away. I understand that pets can't tell us when something's wrong, so I stay alert and keep you informed with regular photo updates. I also respect that inviting someone into your home requires trust. I'm punctual, follow instructions carefully, and treat your space with care. You'll never wonder if I showed up or how your pet is doing, I make sure you have that peace of mind. While I'm still growing my professional pet care experience, I approach every dog with patience, care, and a commitment to making sure they feel safe and happy while you're away. Your pet isn't just another appointment on my calendar- they get my full attention and care. Pet care is a natural fit for my schedule and lifestyle. With my part-time job ending in the early afternoon, I'm consistently available from afternoon through evening, which means I can offer flexible walking times, accommodate pets who need midday attention, and be there for evening routines when many pet parents are still at work. I build my week around the pets in my care. I keep my afternoons and evenings open specifically for walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with your furry family members. This isn't something I squeeze in between other commitments, it's a priority I plan for. My routine includes daily walks for my own household, so adding your pup to our route or stopping by for a visit fits seamlessly into what I'm already doing. I'm also home in the evenings, which means I can handle last-minute requests or provide updates with photos after our time together. Whether your dog needs a consistent daily walk at 3pm or you're looking for someone reliable for afternoon drop-ins, my schedule allows me to be dependable and present for your pet's needs. For dog walking, I tailor each walk to your dog's energy level and needs. I start by learning their temperament, any commands they know, and walking preferences. During walks, I keep them engaged and safe, monitoring their behavior, keeping a secure leash grip, and watching for any signs of discomfort or stress. I always bring water for longer walks, pick up after them, and take different routes to keep things interesting. Before heading out, I ensure doors and gates are properly secured, and when we return, I make sure your pup is settled with fresh water. For drop-in visits, I follow your routine as closely as possible to minimize disruption for your pet. I'll feed them according to your schedule and instructions, refresh water bowls, administer any medications if needed, and give them the attention and playtime they crave. I also do a quick home check, securing doors, bringing in mail or packages if requested, and making sure everything is as it should be. I always send photo updates so you can see your pet is happy and well-cared for while you're away. Safety is my top priority in both services. I'm attentive to your pet's body language, careful about potential hazards during walks (other dogs, traffic, weather), and respectful of your home and belongings during visits. I treat every pet like they're my own and every home like it's my responsibility to protect.
