“We cannot recommend our Rover sitters enough! They were absolutely amazing with our boy, Rudder. We received constant updates throughout our trip with pictures, videos, and texts, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Rudder had the best time playing with Prince, their sweet golden retriever, and enjoyed daily walks and little adventures. Their home was extremely clean, welcoming, and it was so obvious that Rudder was happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire stay. We are beyond grateful and will absolutely be booking with them again!”

“We left our 4-month-old puppy with Gabriella for the first time, and it was such a great experience. From the meet-and-greet, I immediately felt a connection — she was very kind, respectful, and friendly. Gabriella kept us updated multiple times a day with honest reports about how our puppy was doing. Managing a very energetic puppy isn’t easy, but she handled everything with care and patience. She also sent us videos and pictures, which really helped us feel relaxed and confident that our dog was in good hands. Our puppy was clearly very happy with Gabriella, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We highly recommend her as a sitter — she truly cares! Thank you so much,Gabriella.”

About: Hi! I’m Julianna, and animals have always been my people- dogs especially. I’m college educated with a background in psychology, and my hands-on experience includes working as a veterinary assistant and training under the animal behaviorist at Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control, where I developed a real eye for canine body language and communication. I know what a relaxed dog looks like, what an anxious one needs, and how to read the subtle signals in between. I have a particular soft spot for senior dogs. I’ve loved and owned a few myself, navigating medications, mobility needs, and the extra patience and tenderness that comes with caring for an older animal. If your senior pup needs someone who genuinely gets it- I do! I believe every dog has its own personality and pace, and I’m never in a rush to push past what they’re comfortable with. Whether your pup is confident and social or a little shy and particular, I’ll meet them wherever they are. Outside of time with animals, I’m happiest outdoors- hiking, backpacking, and camping are my reset buttons, so a long walk or an adventure with your dog is genuinely my idea of a great day. When I’m not with dogs, I’m usually with my cat Harry, who has made it very clear that he runs the household. So yes, I’m also fully vetted by a feline. I originally joined Rover in 2018 and am just reactivating my account after an extended hiatus. While I’m rebuilding reviews here, my background speaks for itself- and I’m happy to do a complimentary meet and greet so you can see firsthand how I interact with your pet before committing to anything. I’d love to meet your dog and earn their trust — and yours 😊🐕🐾❤️ Pet care fits naturally into the rhythm of my day rather than feeling like an add-on. I keep a flexible schedule that allows me to be genuinely present and attentive- not rushed between commitments. Whether it’s a morning walk, midday check-in, or an extended stay, I prioritize showing up consistently and on time. Animals pick up on stress and distraction, so I make a point of bringing calm, focused energy to every visit. Every pet and household is different, so I always start by learning the specific routines, preferences, and needs of each animal before anything else. I follow your pet’s established schedule as closely as possible- familiar routines reduce anxiety and help them feel secure in your absence. I’m comfortable administering medications, managing special dietary needs, and handling the extra care that senior or high-needs pets require. Your home and your pet’s comfort are always treated with the same respect I’d want for my own ❤️
“Marissa is such a kind and sweet person and she treats dogs in the same way. It is evident that her and her fiancé love animals and this is shown in how well they take care of the dogs they sit for. I was very happy with their service and so was my puppy. I got constant photos and updates from her every day. Marissa was exactly what my dog needed while I was away. I would absolutely rebook her when ever I need a dog sitter next.”

About: Hi! I’m Alaina, a lifelong dog lover and experienced dog mom. For the past 10 years, I cared for my own beloved dog, Teddy, through every stage of life, including senior care and complex medical needs. Teddy recently passed from cancer, and I am experienced with this level of sensitivity and need. Through that experience, I learned patience, attention to detail, and how important it is to treat every pet like family. I’m active, dependable, and love spending time outdoors, whether that’s neighborhood walks, playtime, or simply providing companionship while you’re away. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and I pride myself on clear communication, reliability, and giving each dog the individual attention they deserve. Whether your pup is energetic and loves adventure or prefers a slower pace and extra cuddles, I’m happy to tailor their care to their unique personality and needs. I look forward to meeting your furry family member! Pets naturally fit into my daily routine because I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors. I start most mornings with a walk and have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable drop-in visits, walks, and companionship throughout the day. Whether your pet needs exercise, playtime, potty breaks, medication reminders, or simply some extra attention while you’re away, I am committed to making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and look forward to making them part of my day. Your pet’s safety and well-being are always my top priorities. As a longtime dog owner, including caring for a senior dog with medical needs, I understand the importance of following routines, monitoring behavior, and paying attention to the small details that matter. I will always respect your instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, and household rules. During walks and visits, I prioritize leash safety, hydration, and positive interactions while providing updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
“Melissa was so wonderful with our girl Tilly! She has a great yard for Tilly to play in and gave her lots of attention, which she desperately needs as a 7-month-old high-energy puppy!”

“We knew Barbara was the one as soon as we met her. Her knowledge and demeanor speak volumes. She treated our little girl as if she was one of her own children. We couldn’t have been happier with her services. Her experience is evident, and the way our dog bonded with her just goes to show how good she is. We hope to see her again, just as soon as we need a sitter again. Thank you so much!!”

“Chanelis was awesome!!! She sent us lots of videos and photos of Poli and our doggy was super happy staying with her. Thank you so much for being so kind and caring. Definitely we will rebook :).”

“Jennifer’s family home is clearly a warm and happy place for her two great dogs and any others invited into the fold to stay and play. Jen was kind enough to make time for an initial meet & greet btwn the doggies to test the waters. Once I dropped my dog off she sent photos every day. And by the end of the week’s stay my sweet dog Cookie was so happy with her new pack of friends that I don’t think she wanted to leave ? I highly recommend Jen & will definitely use her services again!”

“Marissa was a fantastic sitter for our Frenchie, Luna. Marissa's prompt and relevant communications were especially appreciated (with plenty of pictures and key updates e.g., walks, pees). Luna has some anxiety at day cares / boarders with many other dogs, but pictures suggest that Luna absolutely loved the undivided attention and love from Marissa. Highly recommend and will absolutely book again!”

“Gail was AMAZING!! I have never used a service like this before but we were here from out of town for a graduation and Matilda was not going to stay alone at the hotel.. as soon as we would leave she would cry… So we knew we needed to find a sitter.. Although I was a little worried ( Matilda has separation anxiety and skin cancer) so I just was not sure how it would work out. Gail was wonderful, greeted us and reassured us tha Matilda was in good hands… She was so caring for Matilda and so patient with her and worked her through her anxiety… 100% would have her watch Matilda again and would recommend her over and over again. Gail… thank you, for loving on our sweet girl.”

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve grown up with small dog breeds and have cared for them at every life stage—from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need extra patience and gentle care. I currently care for a senior pup of my own, so I’m comfortable administering medications, keeping a consistent routine, and watching for signs of discomfort or anxiety. In addition to dogs, I’ve also looked after cats, birds, rabbits, and even reptiles. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and needs, and I take the time to make sure each one feels safe, happy, and cared for. What sets me apart is the personal connection I build with animals. I treat every pet like family, making sure they feel loved and secure while you’re away. I’m currently a part-time student and not working a full-time job, which gives me a very flexible schedule. This allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to caring for pets like dogs and cats. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, feedings, or just keeping them company, I’m available to provide reliable, loving care when you need it most. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping their routine as familiar and stress-free as possible. About: I’ve had a dog for 15 years and have taken care of many of my friends, family’s and neighbors dogs as well. I’ve always gotten good reviews and really enjoy spending time with the pups whether it’s feeding them, walking them or playing with them. My schedule is pretty open right now, so I’m very flexible with walking and feeding and boarding. I always prioritize taking care of animals before I attend any other plans. I have a fenced back yard all around with lots of trees for the pups to play in. I also keep small things out of dog’s reach that could be potential chewing or swallowing hazards.
“Giselle is a sweetheart. As soon as we turn down her street Zoe starts to get excited. Giselle’s main priority is to make the dogs feel loved, keep them active, and give them a beautiful clean environment. Zoe is so content with Giselle and that means everything to me. If you want the best for your dog, look no further. Marjorie A.”

“Gema has a nice home and furnishings for dog boarding and day care. Wrigley was the only dog under Gema's care today and he obviously had a nice time with her. We would us Gema for future engagements.”

Trust me to look after your dog while you're away for the weekend or even a week! Walking dogs is already a regular part of mine and my boyfriend's daily routine, thanks to our 2 dogs. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment, just a short walk from a dog park and a large lake with a walking trail. Me and my boyfriend's dogs are very active and love spending time outdoors. We frequently hang out with my friends who have other dogs, so they get plenty of interaction with other animals.

About: I bring genuine enthusiasm and reliability to every pet I care for. With my afternoons and evenings consistently available, I'm there when most pet owners need help- during the workday stretch when dogs need a break and that important evening routine when you're stuck at the office. What makes my approach different is that I truly pay attention to each pet's individual personality. Some dogs need a high-energy adventure walk, while others prefer a leisurely stroll with plenty of sniff breaks. I adapt to what makes your pet happiest and most comfortable, not what's easiest for me. I'm observant and communicative. If I notice anything unusual- a change in appetite, energy level, or behavior- I'll let you know right away. I understand that pets can't tell us when something's wrong, so I stay alert and keep you informed with regular photo updates. I also respect that inviting someone into your home requires trust. I'm punctual, follow instructions carefully, and treat your space with care. You'll never wonder if I showed up or how your pet is doing, I make sure you have that peace of mind. While I'm still growing my professional pet care experience, I approach every dog with patience, care, and a commitment to making sure they feel safe and happy while you're away. Your pet isn't just another appointment on my calendar- they get my full attention and care. Pet care is a natural fit for my schedule and lifestyle. With my part-time job ending in the early afternoon, I'm consistently available from afternoon through evening, which means I can offer flexible walking times, accommodate pets who need midday attention, and be there for evening routines when many pet parents are still at work. I build my week around the pets in my care. I keep my afternoons and evenings open specifically for walks, drop-in visits, and quality time with your furry family members. This isn't something I squeeze in between other commitments, it's a priority I plan for. My routine includes daily walks for my own household, so adding your pup to our route or stopping by for a visit fits seamlessly into what I'm already doing. I'm also home in the evenings, which means I can handle last-minute requests or provide updates with photos after our time together. Whether your dog needs a consistent daily walk at 3pm or you're looking for someone reliable for afternoon drop-ins, my schedule allows me to be dependable and present for your pet's needs. For dog walking, I tailor each walk to your dog's energy level and needs. I start by learning their temperament, any commands they know, and walking preferences. During walks, I keep them engaged and safe, monitoring their behavior, keeping a secure leash grip, and watching for any signs of discomfort or stress. I always bring water for longer walks, pick up after them, and take different routes to keep things interesting. Before heading out, I ensure doors and gates are properly secured, and when we return, I make sure your pup is settled with fresh water. For drop-in visits, I follow your routine as closely as possible to minimize disruption for your pet. I'll feed them according to your schedule and instructions, refresh water bowls, administer any medications if needed, and give them the attention and playtime they crave. I also do a quick home check, securing doors, bringing in mail or packages if requested, and making sure everything is as it should be. I always send photo updates so you can see your pet is happy and well-cared for while you're away. Safety is my top priority in both services. I'm attentive to your pet's body language, careful about potential hazards during walks (other dogs, traffic, weather), and respectful of your home and belongings during visits. I treat every pet like they're my own and every home like it's my responsibility to protect.
“I booked Ada very last minute but she was still able to accommodate my puppy. She took my dog to the beach with her two doggies and my dog had a blast! When I came to pick her up, she gave me a rundown of how her day went. Very comfortable with leaving my dog with her.”

About: I have been taking care of animals for more then 10 years , including senior dogs and puppies. All of the animals are my priority! I am currently self-employed and I work remotely. Since I have a dog of my own, I am already in the dog walking and boarding routine. I have a screened enclosed patio that overlooks a lake. I go on four walks a day. I can crate your fur baby if necessary.
About: I have taken care of dogs for many years. I currently have 2 dogs. One is diabetic so I have plenty of experience at giving shots. I am a certified pet sitter and also recently passed a pet CPR certification. I recently retired, so would have plenty of time to hang out with your pet. Walking them, playing with them, all brings joy to me and therefore happiness to the pet! I have a fully fenced in large back yard and two dogs at home that are very good with other dogs, if you opt to have me watch them at my house. Your pet will be very comfortable and happy! I can also care for pets in your home, just need a break to come home and give my dog her insulin shots every 12 hours.

“Lady had a great time today with Madison, Daniel and Arya! Communication was excellent throughout the day with many pictures provided. Having another friendly dog there is an added bonus because it encourages play time. I Highly recommend that you try using them to take care of your fur baby!”

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was around 10 years old, having my own black lab since I was 12. I love dogs of all shapes and sizes and I understand the love and attention they require. Each puppy is unique in their own way and I know each new pet will be a learning experience. I will make sure your beautiful baby is happy while you are away. Please note: • I prefer meeting in person or over the phone before officially booking the service with you. I reserve the right to not book with you after talking, if the circumstances aren’t right for me or I don’t feel comfortable. • I can walk dogs of all sizes, however it will depend on how much your dog pulls on the leash. If I feel your dog is too strong for me and I don’t feel comfortable walking them, I will not move forward with the booking. • When completing a booking, I will assume that every light and appliance left on was done so on purpose and will not turn them off unless I’m told to. • I will assume I am the only person entering and leaving your household. Please let me know beforehand if there will be other people coming and going so I am not concerned if something is out of place. I have a full time job where I work 40 hours a week from 9-5, however I am fully remote. I am flexible on when I can come to watch your pets, and if need be I am willing to work remote from your house/apartment to keep your pet company. I personally live in a 2x2 apartment with my two kids (my cats). We just recently adopted our second one and they are still learning to get along, so due to that I am not willing to board an animal at my place yet.

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience caring for animals. I’ve always had at least four dogs in my home, so caring for pets has been a part of my daily life for as long as I can remember. I have personally trained my dogs from basic potty training to commands such as sit, stay, stop, and roll over. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, extra attention, or reinforcement of training, I’m happy to adapt to their needs. I can also provide overnight care if needed to help keep your pet comfortable in their familiar environment. In addition to my extensive experience with dogs, I have been cat sitting for the past three years. I am experienced with feeding schedules, cleaning litter boxes, and making sure cats receive the attention, affection, and care they need while their owners are away. Most importantly, I genuinely love animals and treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I make time each day for walks, feeding, playtime, and giving pets the attention they deserve. As a college student with a flexible schedule, I am able to plan my day around the needs of the pets in my care and can provide updates to owners for peace of mind. Whether your pet needs a quick check-in, a long walk, or extra companionship, I am committed to making sure they are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any special needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and supervision, while also keeping their living area clean and tidy. My goal is to provide a stress-free experience for both you and your pet by treating them with the same care and respect I would give my own animals.

About: I've always had dogs my whole life as well as some cats. I have watched plenty of family and friends' pets over the years and am more than comfortable caring for them. I work from home so before work and at lunch time (occasionally after work) I am happy to come over and do whatever needs to be done! Feeding, administering medication, just some play time, checking in to make sure they haven't caused any damage, etc! I love to snuggle when they let me! Happy to play with them or leave them be if that is more their personality. I love animals so I always try to take the best care I can!
“Zoey has been very patient with Teddy as he is slow to warm up to people. He seems to get excited now when he knows she is coming for his walks. Just not willing to venture far from home yet.”

“Audrey saved our day by accepting our last minute booking. She was very responsive from the initial request. She was so great with our dog! Very reliable. I would highly recommend her!”

“Somyr did a great job with my pups. One of my dogs will bark your head off and I was a little nervous. After a few treats she told me he was fine and that was amazing to hear and let me know he was comfortable with her. I received the cutest pictures and will be booking again!”

About: I come from a family of animal “whisperers” … been taking care of dogs and cats since I was about 10 years old! God loves all his creatures, so give me the privilege of being a short-term caretaker for yours! I’m open to animals that others might consider too difficult, such as seniors or special needs pets. My schedule is extremely flexible! I am a teacher/tutor, so I do have some students, but my schedule is very easy to work around. 😃 Whatever the setting, I will care for your pets as though they are my own! Your dog, cat, or other animal will be well taken care of.

About: I’m a graduate student and experienced pet owner who has cared for large dogs, including a Goldendoodle, as well as cats and kittens. I’m reliable, attentive, patient, and love making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. As a graduate student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide dependable pet care throughout the week. I’m available for drop-in visits, feeding, walks, playtime, and check-ins during my free time, especially evenings, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends. Caring for pets already plays a big part in my daily routine since I have pets of my own, so I’m very used to maintaining consistent schedules and giving animals plenty of attention and care. I always prioritize making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. In a client’s home, I make sure pets have fresh food and water, a clean environment, playtime, exercise, and lots of attention and affection. I’m very attentive to instructions, routines, and any specific needs or preferences each pet may have. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel reassured while they’re away. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important trust, patience, and reliability are when caring for someone’s pets.

“I am laid up with a fractured knee, and Jeff has been taking my 82 pound golden retriever Mia on a rigorous, very long walk every afternoon. Mia is getting such good exercise, and wags her tail excitedly every time she sees Jeff coming down the front walk. I am so grateful Jeff is a dog walker!”

I would absolutely rebook her when ever I need a dog sitter next.”

“If you’re reading this then you’ve found your next pet sitter! Valarie was amazing with our fur babies. She was very loving, patient and kind. She opened her home to our two cats while we were preparing to move and it was by far the easiest part of the whole process. She was a great communicator and so thoughtful sending pictures and videos! Thanks again Valarie!”

I will book her for my Peanut again!”

“Awesome care and love for my Pauly. Received pictures everyday, Aida and Robert took Pauly out for his walk three times a day: Early in the morning, middle day and evening, and they sent me pictures of each one of his walks. They also played with Pauly and allowed him to take naps in their couch, just like he does here at home. Pauly was, literally, spending some time with his second family 🥰😍”

“Karen was amazing. Our dog is quite old and requires some patience and twice daily medication administration. We love him like every member of our family and worry about leaving him with others. Karen provided daily updates, pictures, and videos that helped alleviate our worries and so we could attend to our responsibilities out of state. We so appreciate Karen for he kind, loving care of Cash and we highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone to care for their pet while away.”
