About: There have been very few times in my life that I didn't have a pet! My husband and I currently have a small farm of 3 dogs, 1 turtle, 1 rabbit, chickens, pheasants, and pigeons! I have experience in hand feeding baby birds, cats, and dogs. I've also had or taken care of rodents and some reptiles. I love all ages of animals from puppies and kittens to senior pets. I know how difficult it can be to find someone responsible and trustworthy enough to take care of your animals, especially the more exotic type, and would love the opportunity to be included in your pets lives! I work from home and am able to set my own schedule. I have an SUV with plenty of room for larger animals, if transportation is needed. I have almost 2 acres of unfenced yard. My 3 dogs are on a wired pet containment system. I have a sunroom inside my home where I house inside pets, which can be a free roaming area for your pet or where we can place their kennel/crate. For client house visits, I will follow the instructions laid out by the client.

About: I love pets and animals of all kinds. I rescued a water bird once that I found outside my car; I took it to an exotic animal vet - I also rescued a baby deer whose mother was hit by a car. I took him to AWARE in Lithonia where he was nursed to health and released! One of my babies is a rescue and I firmly support rescue groups. I do not have any children, so my two dogs are my babies and they are spoiled beyond belief! However, I have taught them basic obedience and I can do the same for your babies! I would not work for people who tie their animals outside all day and night, do not provide proper nutrition or vet care, and who don't love their babies like they deserve to be loved. Fully retired - my schedule is wide open! I am very flexible with days and hours for walking and drop-ins. Please give me 24 hours notice for either service. I have a fully fenced backyard for my dogs. If you do not have a fenced yard, that is ok, because we can go on walkies in the neighborhood! About: I've had pets my whole life! We've had 6 cats, 1 dog, 2 gerbils, 1 hamster, several fish! Taken care of puppies as young as 6 weeks old and cats as old as 17. Well I own a cat and a hedgehog now, so pet care is just a part of my daily routine! It always has been and hopefully always will be! You have to build trust with any animal first! Let them sniff you, check you out without trying to touch them, they'll let you know when they trust you.
