“When we needed to make a quick trip to New Hampshire we scheduled a “meet and greet” to visit with Virginia and see how our recently adopted dogs would react to a stranger as they are not socialized with people. Normally they bark and are hyperactive when seeing any stranger. After five minutes they were calm and seemed to be “at home” with Virginia! Virginia cared for our fur babies for five days and we were more than pleased with the care she took with them. She has the experience and skills to make dogs “comfortable” in new surroundings. She kept us updated with photos and text messages letting us know how they were doing on a daily basis. When our flight was delayed in returning due to weather and we were several hours late Virginia was most gracious allowing us to pick up our dogs late at night as she knew we were anxious to see them… for this we are most appreciative for her understanding as well as cooperation. We can recommend Virginia without reservation and believe she loves dogs as much as we do. Virginia provides excellent care.”

About: I grew up with dogs and have been pet sitting since I was about 10 years old. I love dogs and treat every dog I meet as if it were my own pup. I got my dog, Tobey, when he was just 7 weeks old and learned a lot about training and caring for dogs throughout his puppyhood. He’s extremely friendly and plays nicely with every dog he meets. My husband works from home full-time and I am currently taking a sabbatical to focus on hobbies and self-care, so I have plenty of time to spend taking care of your little fur baby! We are both extremely big dog-lovers and go above and beyond to care for the dogs in our home. We have a full acre of land, and our backyard is completely fenced in. For dogs staying over night, we will board them in our spare bedroom with plenty of toys, water, and blankets, and will ensure they have all the playtime they need to be happy while they’re here. Our dog, Tobey, is a two year old black lab who loves playing with other dogs, and knows his boundaries when playing with dogs that are a bit more timid or reactive. He’s sure to quickly become your dogs new best friend :)

“Leah was absolutely amazing. I could immediately tell that Pluto enjoyed his time with her and trusted her by how comfortable he looked in the photos she sent within an hour of dropping him off. Leah sent tons of updates and photos to let me know that Pluto was doing great and having a great stay. I definitely knew he was in good hands. And apparently Pluto also made some new friends with Leah’s pup, Luna. :) Highly recommend Leah to anyone! Hopefully Pluto will be back for a visit sometime soon!! :)”

Adriana was loving towards Gracie every day, playing with her and giving plenty belly rubs. This was a great experience for both Gracie and me! Adriana has a fensed in back yard well Gracie could run and play everyday. Best of all I recieved so many pictures and videos sharing Gracie's daily activities. Amanda has a beautiful house, with a nice fenced in yard. Her house was very clean, spotless. She is very accommodating. I needed an extra day of care , she was happy to help. About: I have never not had a dog in my life. I am a responsible dog lover who enjoys taking care of all animals. I've experienced it all. love and loss, chewing, digging and licking, aggressive and sweet, the playful and shy. We have fun walks to explore and sniff or stay in and snuggle. i'm experienced with medications, oral and injections and special needs babies. puppies to senior pets. I've cared for dogs, cats, small animals of all kinds, snakes, birds, and farmyard friends. I always brought home little lizards or strays when i was 3 or 4 to well into my teens. Animals have just always been a part of my life and i hope that never changes. I hope to get to know the animals in your life. Currently doing private pet care exclusively, Vacation notice is given in plenty of time to make arrangements or find a trustable stand. Just reach out! c: This job allows me to be around different types of dogs and hang out with them and go for walks. ALL great things! I have one cat at my home, thus…you guessed it, I love cats! And all their quirky personalities. I am so happy to take care of your pets while you are away. I’m love long walks, petting 100 pets on the back, fetch over and over and over, and treating your pet how I would want my pet to be treated.
