About: Hello there! My name is Sammy and I have been around animals all of my life and they have inspired me in so many different ways. I have been managing doggy daycare/boarding facilities for a little over 3 years now so I guess you can say pet care is my specialty! I am dog and cat CPR certified, certified through the DHA (dog handler academy),I know how to give injections, and my knowledge on dog behavior is quite extensive. I have decided to go back to school as well which is why my schedule is so open. Currently I own a 2 year old Golden Retriever as well as the cutest cat ever that are both my world. About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 20 years — not just as a sitter, but as a lifelong animal person. I live with two cats and two dogs (aka my little chaos crew), and I’ve been through it all: administering meds, soothing anxious pups, helping senior pets feel safe and loved, and even caring for a dog with epilepsy. I know how to read their body language, honor their boundaries, and make every visit feel like a familiar, comforting ritual. I also rescue animals when I see them in need — whether that’s coaxing a stray into safety, getting them vet care, or helping them find their forever home. I don’t just like animals — I see them, respect them, and care deeply about their safety, happiness, and autonomy. When your pet is with me, they’re not just getting fed and walked. They’re getting a friend, an advocate, and someone who truly gets them. I work from home and have a lot of flexibility. I would prefer long standing customers with at least one weekly walk to stay on my schedule. I do have a fenced in yard we could use for play. Though I would prefer to take dogs for walks in their neighborhoods or at the river. I am happy to play fetch, tug, go on long hikes, or take short strolls. Each animal must have their collar on with their owner's information.

About: When in the care of my partner and I, pets are enriched and have plenty of opportunity for activity. If your dog enjoys swimming, I can take them to a nearby creek to play. I have a large yard for playing fetch, or just hanging out, and a spunky lab mix that is happy to play tug-o-war. I've always had dogs and cats, and for a short time, pet rats (they're lovely!). I come from a long line of animal lovers and continue that legacy. About: I have always had pets growing up from dogs of different sizes to bunnies and bird. Recently I have been taking care of my dog Dutch. He suffered from seizures all his life, so I have experience in bigger dogs and one with health issues. I have full availability. It may change due possibly picking up a part time job as I am preparing for a year long college course. Putting my dog through behavioral courses has helped me with heel training. So walking dogs of any size won't be an issue for me. Especially with it being so hot recently making sure the asphalt isn't too hot and not keeping dogs out for too long.

About: As an adoring mother to my dog and 2 cats whose pets are her prized angels and actual children, I understand how important it is to know that your pets are being well taken care of.
