Sidney has done a fantastic job taking care of our lovely Mocha. She has been incredibly attentive and truly went the extra mile. Our lockbox got jammed, so she went above and beyond by speaking with the leasing office to gain access to our apartment so Mocha wouldn’t be left stranded. On top of that, she even asked the maintenance team to fix the lockbox. She was absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her help!
Absolutely amazing! Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she kept me updated with plenty of pictures and videos, which I really appreciated. She truly went above and beyond by making an extra trip to ensure my dog was well taken care of, and that meant so much to me. During the heat wave, she was also very mindful of protecting his paws and making sure he stayed safe and comfortable. It was clear she cared for him like he was her own, and my dog absolutely loved her. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such great hands, and I would trust her with him again without hesitation. I highly recommend her!
