I assume this is because we have created an extremely thorough profile for our pet while anticipating the needs of our sitters. Olga seems to be very confident in what she is doing. Although I would have been comforted by Olga expressing more verbal interest in Boo, that is entirely my personal preference in terms of what I consider to be high-level communication; for me, this provides reassurance that our sitter is enthusiastic about the time they anticipate to spend with our unique pet. Overall, Olga was very accommodating with our schedules & highly responsive. I would absolutely work with Olga again.”
