“We found a gem with Susan and her family. She requested a walk through before our first boarding, which completely put our minds at ease and made sure our two dogs were a good fit. While away, she sent regular updates and pics of our girls to let us know they were being loved on. I actually think they missed playing at Susan’s when we brought them home! We’ll definitely be boarding with Susan and her fam again in the future.”
