My husband and I lost our 8.5-year-old Shihpoo, Beans, in August 2025 after an eight-month battle with hemangiosarcoma. We cared for him closely through chemotherapy and made sure his final months were filled with comfort, love, and as much joy as possible. Before Beans, we raised Miss Precious Perfect, a tough and lovable Maltichon, who lived to 13. Our hearts are not quite ready to welcome another dog of our own yet, so in the meantime, we genuinely enjoy giving other people’s dogs a comfortable, safe, and happy place to stay. I also photograph pets regularly at my West Bottoms studio, so I am very comfortable reading animal behavior, working patiently, and helping dogs feel at ease.

Lauren & Kyle are amazing sitters. The attention, care and compassion, they showed my pup Addie during her recent stay is outstanding. We were on a week long vacation and had no worries whatsoever about being gone. Our pup needed some medication administered as well as she’s a picky eater and Lauren knows how to handle all situations. She is a great communicator with daily updates and pictures are wonderful! They are our go to sitters. Thank you for all your care and snuggles. Addie had a great time.
Lauren & Kyle took such wonderful care of Addie during her first overnight stay. The compassion/care they showed was apparent and I really appreciated the excellent communication, updates and photos. Lauren and Kyle were AMAZING hosts for our pups Uma! We received multiple updates everyday, along with photos. She was very responsive and helped put our minds at ease while we were on vacation. Additionally, Lauren is a phenomenal photographer and was able to take studio portraits of Uma during her stay. 10/10 recommend! We’ll be coming back again!
Layla had a great stay with Lauren & Kyle and I would definitely book with them again. They were kind and nurturing, took walks with her and played with her. Communication was prompt throughout the process. They sent pictures and updates during the stay. I could see in Layla's body language that she was comfortable with them. I greatly appreciated Lauren's flexibility when our flight was delayed a couple hours impacting our pick up time. I would definitely recommend using them as it was a great experience for us.
Lauren and Kyle are very kind and responsible pet caregivers! They will give your pet all the attention and affection it wants! Your pet will get plenty of fun walks as well. Overall I would happily recommend them to care for your furry friend!

Schedule
I am a business owner who manages her own schedule. I split my time between working from our home or working at my photo studio. Dogs are welcome at my studio, it's a comfy cozy space with a nearby walking trail and park. With my own pets, my dogs just went wherever I went -- be it working from home or along with me to the studio. I do have a car seat for dogs under 15lbs.

Safety, trust & environment
My husband and I do not have children, so dogs typically rule the home. We allow dogs in our bed but can crate if needed. Although we do not have a yard, our condo complex has a pet relief area. Our neighborhood is very walkable and pet friendly and near two great parks. We love to take walks each day.
A typical day
I will give your dog unconditional love and plenty of playtime. We have several parks near our home, and believe walks are important for your dog's wellbeing. Your dog may even have some time in the spotlight at my photo studio!
